Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin

We specifically booked this hotel in advance for our coral wedding anniversary and called ahead to request a room with a better view of Jinwan Plaza. To our surprise, not only was the room excellent, but the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even prepared a gift in the room beforehand. We were absolutely delighted the moment we walked in! Plus, we received a souvenir when we checked out. This level of service is simply unparalleled – truly exceptional! It definitely lives up to its reputation. We'll be back again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The view was great, you could see the Haihe River at night.

The room view is excellent, right by the Haihe River. There's a mall directly across from the hotel, which is convenient for dining and shopping. The deposit was refunded instantly upon checkout. Very good!

The location is excellent, right by the Hai River. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant. The hotel's service was also top-notch; they immediately resolved any issues guests had, which was very satisfying.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just one subway stop from Tianjin Station, and the subway exit is conveniently close to the hotel. There are also shopping malls nearby to explore. The service was warm and attentive, and the happy hour experience was great. They even let us check in at noon, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the Hai River from the 31st floor. Highly recommended.

Staying at the Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is superb, making getting around super convenient. The room was spacious and elegant, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The quality truly lived up to expectations, and the service was wonderfully warm. The environment was serene and peaceful, making my stay feel like a true treat and really enhanced my travel happiness. I want to especially thank the service staff on the eleventh floor. They cleaned my room thoroughly and thoughtfully every day, and even went above and beyond by helping me take my luggage to the elevator when I checked out. Thank you so much for your hard work! 😊

Celebrated Mother's Day with my mom and once again stayed at her favorite Shangri-La. This time, the Horizon Club on the 32nd floor was amazing! We had a panoramic view of the blue sky, white clouds, and the sea and river. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, we comfortably indulged in afternoon tea and happy hour drinks. The experience was fantastic!!! My mom was so happy!

The Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin is the best Shangri-La I've ever stayed in. The environment, views, and location are all unbeatable.

The room was nice, but a bit pricey, probably due to its excellent location. The surrounding area has great business amenities, plenty of dining options, and it's convenient for shopping.
