I stayed at this hotel when I came to Tianjin to visit a friend. The service was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. The room had an amazing view of the Tianjin Eye, which was great! It was about a 10-minute walk to get there. The hotel is new and very clean, and all the staff were so polite. I was really impressed!

I booked this hotel specifically for the bathtub, as it was advertised that the rooms had one. However, there was no bathtub, just two toilets. The staff mentioned there are two types of rooms. How was I supposed to know that? Very dissatisfied.

A truly memorable stay with a spectacular view of the Tianjin Eye. Watching the Ferris wheel light up at night and slowly turn against the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to fully enjoy the view. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. An excellent choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy one of Tianjin’s most iconic landmarks right from the room.

Facilities: The bedding was quite nice, and the mattress was thick. The toiletries in the bathroom were comprehensive, and the water pressure was strong and comfortable. The basic hardware facilities were well worth the price. However, the room was a bit warm, maintained at a constant 26-27 degrees Celsius, which was uncomfortable for me as I don't like heat. Breakfast was quite simple. Environment: It has an independent street-facing entrance. The lobby was bright and well-decorated, and check-in was quite fast and smooth throughout. There's a highly-rated restaurant right next door that was quite busy, but the food tasted good. Service: Items I called for were delivered quickly. They also allowed me a late check-out because my car needed charging.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with excellent service. The smart voice assistant was a great touch. The underground parking had plenty of charging spots. The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room for free. The view was fantastic, overlooking the Tianjin Eye and the river with its bridges. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommended.

The rooms are new, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed. Free parking is a plus, and the excellent service shines through in every detail. This hotel is highly recommended. It's conveniently located right next to a restaurant, and the Haihe River is just downstairs, offering stunning views.

The location is a bit far from the Tianjin Eye but you can still see it perfectly. I visited there during January and there are so many cute seagulls in front of the hotel doing their stuff. Amazing place!

The cleanliness was subpar. There was dust on the headboard, table, and even the remote control. I spent quite a while wiping things down with wet wipes. It felt like housekeeping only changed the linens and replaced amenities. The soundproofing was extremely poor. I could hear conversations from the next room, and the sound of someone showering was incredibly loud – it felt like they were showering right in my own room. On the bright side, the front desk attendant was very nice. Thumbs up for her service.

great service and beautiful hotel inside and out. enjoyed the robot services for food delivery as well. overall great cleanliness and enjoyed the stay.

The best hotel for my china trip .Very tidy and perfect room for our family .The hotel has the laundry room for washing cloth .The location is walkable to Tianjin eye with a very good scenery .Everything was superb , The staff is attentive and catering for the need of guest, The hotel device is good quality ty, I will recommend this hotel to everyone who want to visit Tianjin💕💕

The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits. Beautiful city, super hotel, friendly people, we want to come back here again!🥰🥰

The family room window faces an air shaft, and the air conditioning is quite dry in winter with no humidifier provided. The hotel lobby doesn't have a heater, so it's very cold. During the holidays, there were a lot of people checking in, and no one proactively asked if we drove or if we needed to register our license plate. The breakfast quality was mediocre; there was only one coffee machine, and it couldn't froth milk. There were no Tianjin specialty baozi or Jianbing Guozi. The location is good, not far from the Haihe River, Tianjin Eye, and Culture Street. The staff's attitude was relatively friendly; they called to greet us and provide reminders before check-in.

Great location, with a view of the Tianjin Eye right outside the window. The room was spacious enough. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, even giving us small lanterns and trinkets. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices.

Excellent Value in a Perfect Location Hote offers fantastic value for money. The room itself was a highlight—very big, clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable. You can take a very nice, leisurely stroll along the river directly to the Tianjin Zi Yan area. Even better, there's a famous restaurant right on the building's first level, so you don't need to travel far for a great meal. A highly convenient and comfortable stay that’s easy on the budget.
