Both software and hardware facilities are top-notch, and the location is fantastic with many large shopping malls nearby, so finding food is never an issue. It's also very convenient for sightseeing—only a bit over a 600-meter walk to the Hulu Crosstalk Club. Highly recommended! (๑＞◡＜๑)👍

Located right next to the Northwest Corner subway station, close to Tianjin's Lujiazui area. The room is quite spacious. However, the facilities are very outdated, with worn-out carpeting, old stains in the bathroom, and an ancient TV with a snowy screen that doesn't support screen casting. The window looks out over a residential area with no view. While the housekeeping and doorman services were great, the front desk greeters and luggage storage staff had a cold and passive attitude, ignoring guests while discussing personal matters.

The hotel exterior looks quite nice, and the free underground parking is super convenient—you can leave your car until midnight on your check-out day, which is a really thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also warm and polite. On the downside, the carpet in the room was a bit dirty and the tabletops were noticeably dusty; the housekeeping staff definitely needs better training. I noticed other reviews mentioning cleanliness issues too, and a hotel of this size should really take that seriously. They do provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes for kids upon request at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming with very few options to choose from, hardly justifying the high National Day holiday room rates. On a positive note, they had free mini national flags and lollipops in the lobby, which my kid loved. The location is unbeatable, so if you don't mind the drawbacks mentioned above, it's still a decent choice.

Because the hotel is located in the northwest corner, it's the top choice for Hui Muslim travelers, and I stay here several times a year. However, for the National Day holiday, the prices doubled. While I understand holiday surges, a triple room cost nearly 1,400 RMB, which offers poor value for money. The front desk staff weren't very welcoming, and although the triple room included breakfast for two, they absolutely refused to include it for the third person. Since the breakfast room is tiny and the selection is limited, we didn't bother paying the 70 RMB for it. The parking lot is on the first basement level, but we drove around the second basement level for 20 minutes without finding a spot; clearer signage is definitely needed. The room is spacious but the facilities are outdated, and the TV is tiny. All in all, staying here during National Day is not worth the price. It's okay for a few hundred RMB during regular times, though.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, offering excellent accessibility. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.

This was my third stay here, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience yet. The hotel, built in 2017, is showing its age with outdated facilities and noticeable cleanliness issues in corners and crevices, which I believe the hotel should address. I brought these concerns to the front desk, but the staff member was unhelpful and indifferent, giving off a 'take it or leave it' vibe. The room itself is quite spacious, but the TV is surprisingly small. The in-room amenities also feel quite outdated. In this day and age, it's quite rare for a hotel not to have a food delivery robot, isn't it?! Paying over 1300 for a night during the National Day holiday, the value for money was really poor. The only upside is its excellent location, just about a 10-minute walk to Xi Beijiao. I won't be staying here again.

The location is excellent, right next to Lujiazui Shopping Mall, and across from a street with authentic Northwest Chinese cuisine. It's also not far from the Ancient Culture Street, Wudadao, and the Italian Style Street. The hotel environment is quite good as well. While the breakfast selection isn't super extensive, the quality is decent. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel's location is truly excellent. Lujiazui Center is right downstairs, offering a variety of food options and even a cross-talk theater. Northwestern-style food is just a short walk away. With Metro Line 1 directly outside, getting around is a breeze. It's convenient to reach attractions like the Drum Tower, Tianjin Eye, Wudadao (Five Great Avenues), or the Ancient Culture Street, all within a 20-yuan taxi ride. The hotel is indeed a bit old, but the value for money is still quite good, especially considering its prime downtown location. There was a slight unpleasantness during check-in on the first day due to an intern, but customer service quickly resolved it. After all, it's a Marriott property, and their service awareness is commendable.

The hotel is located in an office building behind a shopping mall rather than right on the main street, so taxi drivers can easily go to the wrong place. It's near the northwest corner, and you can walk to the surrounding food streets. Transportation is very convenient, but otherwise, everything is just mediocre.
