Pan Pacific Tianjin

They had a crib ready for us, which was a big plus! 👍 The bed was adjustable, and there was complimentary water in the hallway for guests. The only downside was the breakfast; it really needs improvement. The selection was limited and the food wasn't good at all. Honestly, it was the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.

Whenever I'm in Tianjin, this is my go-to hotel, as long as it's not too far from where I need to be. It's right by the Haihe River, offering beautiful scenery. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to find food and entertainment. It's also very close to the Antique City, just a short walk away.

Great location right by the Hai River with views of the Tianjin Eye. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite substantial, and as an older hotel, the service was very warm and welcoming.

Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. The room had good natural light and was well-ventilated. The bedding was clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Hot water in the bathroom came on quickly, and the toiletries had a fresh scent. The soundproofing was better than most hotels in the same price range; I wasn't disturbed by any hallway noise at night.

The breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. The room size was ample, and the cleanliness and service all met five-star standards. Especially noteworthy was the prompt and efficient service response. I had a slight issue with the pillows, and as soon as I mentioned it in the service mini-program, the response was immediate. Within minutes, a selection of pillows was delivered for me to choose from.

Whenever I'm in Tianjin, Old Fan is a must-stay. The location, facilities, and service are all great. There's plenty of water, the slippers are good quality, and the hot water supply is ample. The housekeeping service is especially thorough and dedicated.

Highly recommended! While the hotel's facilities are pretty standard, we opted for a suite with two beds, which made for a more comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to the Tianjin Eye and right by the Hai River. A big shout-out to the very kind maintenance engineer! My child was eager to play with a toy, and the engineer came to our room to help assemble and disassemble it, even bringing extra batteries to get it working for the kid. So thoughtful! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

Pan Pacific Hotel is located in the heart of Tianjin, right by the Hai River. It's conveniently located, clean and tidy, with a beautiful and pleasant environment, excellent facilities, and warm, attentive service staff.
