We stayed here for 6 days during our business trip to Tianjin, and everyone thought it was great. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was a laundry room and a gym. The price was also reasonable. Overall, it was a good place.

The hygiene, environment, and facilities were all fine, but the service on the first floor was absolutely terrible! One of the female servers was incredibly arrogant and overbearing; even the security guards couldn't stand it and ended up finding someone else for me. No one should let her stay even a day like that! Her attitude was extremely rude!

It's not my clothes, and you made me come back to get it. I made a wasted trip. You guys really know how to handle things.

Every month when I come to Tianjin on business, I stay in several hotels in this area. This time I stayed in the whole season. There are McDonald's, supermarkets, Cheeseline Pastry, Mixue Ice City, foot massage and ear picking, etc. in the surrounding area. Living facilities are convenient. The service quality is guaranteed throughout the season. The lobby on the first floor is spacious and bright. Across the corridor is the breakfast room and laundry room. The laundry room has good machines, high power, and is equipped with irons and laundry detergent. I think it will be okay to stay at the hotel next time. I loaded the sheets, quilts, curtains and bedsheets at home into the car and took them over to wash. I checked in smoothly. I was surprised that the rooms in this all-season hotel are not large in size. There is almost no floor space for a large bed in the room. However, the room is very clean and has good sound insulation. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the sink and shower are also separated, so the room is not damp. The room furnishings are relatively simple. Only mineral water is provided. There are free tea and two candies on the coffee table. There is no instant coffee or anything else. A book is provided by the bedside for reading before going to bed. I also didn't find a bathrobe. The hotel WiFi is shared and free. It is not fast enough for office use, but it may not be suitable for playing games. I am quite satisfied with the breakfast. There are more than 30 kinds of Chinese and Western simple meals. It is definitely not as rich as the old star hotels, but it can meet most of the needs of the guests. Hot drinks, coffee, milk, soy milk, freshly made Noodles and wontons, and white porridge cooked all year round are very good. The pickles that accompany the porridge are all served in small plates, which are refreshing and appetizing and avoid waste. In addition, there are also fruits, salads, breads, fried sausages, and yogurt for Western-style breakfast, as well as fried dough sticks and bread. Hanamaki's Chinese breakfast. Since I stay up late to work on copywriting, I attach great importance to hotel breakfast. The accommodation can be average, but the breakfast must be of good quality.

Extremely dissatisfied. The room had a strong smell of paint from the renovations. They treated guests booked through Ctrip differently, claiming the system wasn't displaying the booking information. Check-in took a long time, the breakfast selection was limited, and the coffee machine was broken.

This is the first time I've ever had such a frustrating hotel stay. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at the hotel after 2 AM. I asked the front desk if I could extend my stay by two hours, but they said no. I booked through Ctrip with a 12 PM checkout. I'm a long-time H-Stay Club member, and this was a special case. The front desk said that if I renewed my H-Stay Club quarterly card, I could extend my stay, but without that, I couldn't. They started urging me to check out before midnight, twice within half an hour – I was absolutely fed up!

環境很好，也很乾凈，床墊非常舒服，投屏也用得很好，服務也非常棒，送送機器人都非常方便。整體沒有煙的味道。 待提升的點可能是後面的停車場的路面不平，我晚上回來崴腳了，可能是因為沒有路燈以及那個路面經常走大車造成凹凸不平，非常容易崴腳，包括進門處也有小的台階，一不小心都非常容易崴腳不安全，建議處理一下。
