The room had excellent ventilation, and I really appreciated the thoughtful separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. All the amenities were complete and clean. Overall, a very good experience.

I really love Orange Crystal Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel environment is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the soundproofing is great.

The hotel is located in a business district, not far from Ancient Culture Street and Tianjin Eye. It's quiet yet convenient for getting around. The room size is decent, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and isn't transparent, which is a plus. My only minor complaint is the lack of a towel rack. The room was quite warm, and when I asked the front desk about the air conditioning, they explained it's currently set to only circulate air, not heat or cool. They kindly provided a portable air cooler, which worked well, though it was a bit noisy on higher settings. The hotel shares a building with Ji Hotel, and you can even see the Tianjin Eye from the 16th-floor gym. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating.

Facilities: Modern. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We had a high-speed train at 2 PM, and they kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM. We really appreciate it!
