Nostalgia S Hotel（Tianjin Jinwan Plaza）

This is my second stay at the Time Walk Hotel, and once again, it's as thoughtful and heartwarming as ever. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I decided to come back. My trip to Tianjin was for 4 nights in total, but the first two nights were over the weekend, and the hotel was fully booked. So, I smoothly checked in on Monday. It happened to be my friend's birthday on the day we checked in, and the front desk noticed. They surprised her with a birthday cake and longevity noodles! Although the cake wasn't huge, it genuinely touched my friend – she hadn't celebrated her birthday in 6 or 7 years. Her husband even messaged me, saying the hotel was more considerate than he was! How can a hotel be so incredibly thoughtful? They truly make you feel right at home. Every room is spacious, and the space is utilized very well. The hotel amenities and facilities are complete and well-equipped. Looking forward to my next stay!

We were a family traveling with our 1-year-old baby. Traveling with a baby means higher demands – we needed a comfortable environment where our little one could be happy. We booked the toy-themed room, which our baby loved! The front desk staff were very friendly and doting on our baby. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and a nice atmosphere. Many areas had anti-collision padding, which was great for safety. The cleaning staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and understanding of an active baby, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the toy train wasn't working properly; it was broken. I suggest the hotel improve toy management, including regularly cleaning the toys and play mats. The hotel does provide bed rails, which are suitable for younger babies, but for a 1-year-old, who is stronger, the rails felt a bit light. For babies over 1 year old, parents should still supervise them closely even with the rails up.

Extremely satisfied with all the staff and the room. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM last night, and the front desk staff noticed we had a child with us and kindly upgraded us to a Starlight Family Room for free. My child absolutely loved the room! We also stumbled upon the hotel's 13th-anniversary celebration and unexpectedly received a complimentary souvenir! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Tianjin.

We stayed in the family room, and the service was excellent. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch, perfect attention to detail. It felt like they had everything covered, I really liked it. The location is very convenient, close to everything. The screen mirroring wasn't working very well, but everything else was great. The front desk staff were really trying their best to provide good service, and breakfast was incredibly rich and varied.

Time Walk Hotel is spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options. The manager and front desk staff provide attentive, warm, and patient service. It's truly better than a five-star experience!

Facilities: The room facilities are quite new and the room is also quite large. The only downside is that the screen casting didn't work well at night. The TV was showing someone else's cast, not mine. Environment: The location is excellent. Service: The service attitude is super good, they were very responsive to all requests and provided everything we needed.

Not only were the facilities comprehensive, including a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for automated functions and a multi-functional toilet, but they also provided amenities like Peh-Chao-Lin toiletries. The pillows and blankets were incredibly soft, light, and comfortable. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and user-friendliness. They provided disposable facial towels, pump-dispenser disinfectant, and a heated towel rail. There were button-operated lights above the bed, and a small nightlight by the bedside that illuminated automatically the moment you stepped out of bed. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary yogurt and Jianlibao drinks, and on the desk, there were green tea, black tea, coffee, and snacks. The bottled water was clearly marked with free refills available, which was a thoughtful touch. These small, everyday details really showcased the hotel's meticulous care for its guests, and I was genuinely touched. The hotel's surroundings are elegant, with many historic buildings nearby. It's very close to the Italian Style Area, Haihe River, and Tianjin Station, making for a charming evening stroll and perfect for taking photos. There are also many local delicacies and snacks in the vicinity. Attractions like Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence are close by, and a short walk in the evening takes you to the Haihe River. The room comfort and the convenience of nearby dining and entertainment were excellent, but I was particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful and comprehensive service. Highly recommended!

The lobby has a beautiful, vintage design. There's a small parking lot, and the hotel is right on Jiefang North Road, just a 10-minute walk from Jiefang Bridge. The surrounding retro architecture is stunning, with beautiful scenery everywhere. This time, we stayed in the親子星空房 (Parent-Child Starry Sky Room), which was fantastic. The bed was 1.5 meters wide, perfect for one adult and one child. There's a play area that our child absolutely loved. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and even a children's sink ❤️. They thoughtfully provide face towels and mouthwash. The mini-bar is well-stocked with plenty of mineral water and drinks, plus complimentary snacks that our child adored. The smart toilet was a great touch!! The cleanliness was up to standard. The breakfast restaurant on the third floor has a lovely ambiance, and the quality is excellent. It's small but exquisite, and the staff are all very warm and helpful. The variety and taste of the food are truly commendable.
