Palace Hotel Tianjin Wudadao Xiaobaolou Subway Station Branch

The hotel's service quality is truly commendable; during my stay, I really felt Xiaoyi's professionalism and dedication. The bathroom was spotless, and the bedding had no strange odors – excellent attention to detail!

The family room was very spacious, almost like a one-bedroom apartment, and the view from the window was lovely. The location is also excellent; it's not far to walk to Wudadao and Wudayuan.

The hotel amenities are complete and thoughtful. The panoramic sofa and the separate wet/dry bathroom made for a very comfortable stay. Ms. Huanhuan at the front desk was efficient with the check-in process. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tianjin.

The room isn't small and even has a mini-fridge. The view is amazing, and the shower has a great overhead spray with strong water pressure. The soundproofing in the room is good, so it's very quiet at night. It's also really close to the subway station, which makes getting to attractions convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The scenery is quite nice, very good. The front desk was a bit busy, so I had to wait to check in. The air conditioning wasn't very strong, so it was a bit warm sleeping at night. Breakfast was just average. Facilities: Decent, okay.

The hotel is located in the central business district, making transportation very convenient. The room offers excellent views. Most guests here are business travelers attending meetings, and the environment and services are indeed more suited for those on work trips rather than leisure travelers looking to relax. Housekeeping staff start knocking on doors and loudly announcing 'Housekeeping!' at 9 AM, then proceed to clean. This is a far cry from the new generation of silent hotels like [Hotel X]. The room layout and bedding, including two pillows (one memory foam), are similar to [Hotel X]. I was originally considering extending my stay and asked the front desk for a late check-out. I was told the latest was 12:30 PM, and they reluctantly extended it to 1:30 PM, citing high occupancy and all rooms being sold out. Hearing this, I decisively checked out at 11 AM. I suggest they improve their service awareness and learn from hotels like [Hotel X], which offer late check-out until 6 PM. Are they not doing good business?
