太坑了，實際和圖片嚴重不符，絕對欺詐性質，反饋沒有任何反應，攜程服務很好積極迴應，但因為太晚還帶着孩子衹能勉強入住，沒敢脱衣服，也沒睡好，今天價格降到100元多點，這才是符合實際情況的價格，那也不能因為節假日宰客啊，無良商家，馬桶是拉繩的，攜程回覆商家的解釋特別牽強為了顧客方便，連攜程客服都不信，看看圖片吧，商家説小店生意，就是不給降價，花了730元一晚，真是把顧客當**騙，難道註冊個公司，找個公寓房租出去，就能在各大平台騙，評分，價格，圖片把自己包裝成高大上，和價位比它家還便宜的如家品質相距甚遠，竟然敢報價比品牌的還貴，真的沒人管了嗎，等旅程結束投訴315，天津旅遊熱線等

位置位於和平最繁華地段，出門去各個景點都很近，打車也方便，老闆服務態度很好，親自下樓接的我們，而且把房間打掃的很乾凈，非常感謝，下次還會過來！

本來定的特惠房老闆人很好給免費升級了海河景，尤其晚上景色真是太美了，房間打掃的很乾凈應有盡有，拎包就能入住會介紹朋友過來

房間環境很好，寬敞乾淨，地點絕佳，旁邊就是天津站濱江道購物中心，下樓就是海河邊，市中心地段出行方便，老闆熱情好客，下次還會再來

非常不好的一次體驗，一開始沒發現，安靜下來之後一晚上到早上十一點多，全是嗡鳴聲音，一次三分鐘，非常的吵，有錄音隨時可以聽。完全睡不着覺，希望店家及時整改，太吵了。店家説聯繫隔壁房間，事實上11點多噪音才消失。而且除了延後退房時間，並未提供任何其他有效補償措施。

酒店位於金融街津塔公寓，交通便利毗鄰和平路和津灣廣場兩個地鐵站，幾步路就可以走到海河邊。附近有天河城、恆隆廣場等商城，點外賣和到店就餐都非常方便。房間設施齊備，前台服務周到用心，是在天津遊玩非常好的選擇。
