This is my favorite alternative accommodation in TEDA so far. The rooms are spacious for such an affordable price. There’s a diffuser in the room for aroma, a couch for reading and journaling. It honestly feels like a home away from home. I had the best stay.

清明節帶孩子出來旅遊，酒店就在紅綠燈旁邊，很好笑，就是停車位緊張，來晚了沒地方停車，樓下樓旁邊就是吃飯的地方，走路幾分鐘就能到，在樓上可以看見有綠地，遛娃很方便，樓裏面有一段是樓梯，還需要自己搬行李，訂外賣也是機器人送，孩子很喜歡。

衞生做的不好，床邊的牆上有之前客人吐的痰。衞生間的垃圾桶上都是滅煙頭的痕跡，一個連鎖酒店不至於連個新垃圾桶都沒有吧！床頭提示牌寫着禁止吸煙，但旁邊就放着一個煙灰缸，有些諷刺。客房大姐人很好，告知需要蕎麥枕頭立馬就送來了。

酒店附近便利美食很多，路過一個牛肉飯館，價格實惠，還喝了龍井茶，味道真不錯。晚上出去遛彎，和風徐徐，海棠花，櫻花，桃花盛開的季節，真實養生的好時節！暴走了1.5萬步，鍛鍊身體才剛剛開始！

疫情期間住過的酒店，這次在攜程再次下單入住，酒店前台以及保潔大姐服務都特別好，有問題都能及時給解決，1點多外賣到了，還有人可以給送到房間門口，非常感謝！酒店旁邊也有很多飯店，吃東西很方便，早上出門，門口有等待的出租車，出行不用等着叫車！房間衞生很乾凈，住了兩天，第二天還給打掃的很乾凈。下次來天津開發區，肯定還會選擇這家店！

衞生 較差沙發全是黃黃的污漬 看起來就不敢座 床單上黑乎乎的印記 不知道是啥 觀景房 玻璃不太乾淨
環境 濱海MSD中心地區 吃喝較多地理位置極佳 但停車場滿了的話要去遠處小區 酒店可以直通旁邊小酒吧 酒吧環境很不錯 黃油啤酒很好喝 建議住別的酒店或換一個房型 晚上來喝一杯小酒 正好去完方特沒吃飽 還能吃點小吃 有免費停車位 但不多 滿了要去旁邊小區停車
服務：前台態度不冷不熱 沒什麼服務 有外賣可以機器人送還可以 床單不乾淨 找人來換 説了半天 給了一個不匹配的床單自己換上了
設施：最差的就是設施 住的麗風最差的一回 定的觀景大圓床 但床品臟且破洞 床墊極度塌陷 中間凹的沒法睡人 軟塌的毫無承託力 一晚上沒睡好起來還肩膀疼 寫的60平米也根本不到 快四百的價格 真不如定普通大床房 設施也老舊 此房間窗户無法開啟 開空調熱死 關空調又冷 無法通風 房間還有臭味 淋浴水小 無智能馬桶 吹風機也不好用
