Arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM during the Chinese New Year holiday. Kelly's service at the front desk was incredibly professional, and she even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The room was much larger than what I originally booked, which made for a much better experience. The breakfast selection was very rich and varied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tianjin. Wishing all the staff a Happy New Year!

Every time I'm on a business trip, I stay here. The environment and service are excellent, and it's incredibly convenient. Took the kids there for Chinese New Year. It was super convenient, right above a shopping mall, and the kids loved the hotel pool. The overall cleanliness was good, it was pretty quiet, and the service was excellent. Anything we needed was delivered quickly with just a phone call. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Found a great place for business trips. I'll be staying here from now on. The value for money is excellent; it's clean, tidy, and the rooms are spacious. Quiet and comfortable! It's next to Joy City, so shopping and dining are convenient. Areas for improvement: Firstly, the room was too hot. I had to turn on the AC to cool it down to a comfortable temperature; I couldn't sleep at all at first because of the heat. Secondly, the Chinese breakfast options were a bit too simple.
