Our external display clearly states that check-in is via self-service password, and on the day of your arrival, our staff also left a message and waited for you to complete check-in and escorted you to your room. As for the location, we will not comment further — it is situated at No. 39 Nanjing Road, and the building's elevator provides direct access to the subway station and shopping mall, with the airport only a 20-minute drive away.Regarding your claim that the room was dirty and smelly: if you were not satisfied with the room and felt it did not meet your expectations, you could have requested a refund or check-out. Why then did you continue to stay for several days? If you were dissatisfied, there are plenty of five-star hotels and chain hotels nearby that you could have switched to at any time.As for your statement that we did not provide daily housekeeping — that is quite an outrageous lie. Every day, our housekeeping staff delivered whatever you needed and also cleaned the room. We have daily door access records from our housekeeping staff to prove this.I really do not understand what your intention is in fabricating such a review. Does writing this review bring you joy or help you eat an extra bowl of rice? It is simply unreasonable.
