攜程定的含早餐的房間比官網便宜一些，感謝前台給升級到了行政雙床房。房間很寬敞，還贈送了免費的歡迎小吃和水果！熱水很熱，水量大，對於晚回來的太友好了。早餐還是挺豐盛的，香腸種類多，橙汁味道濃，煎餅也很好吃😋

酒店位於市中心，周邊餐飲美食豐富且有當地特色的美食如煎餅果子，對面就是老字號登瀛樓飯莊，但我不建議去品嚐，因我們親自去了一次沒有人氣如八珍豆腐都不做有點驚訝🙀🙀🙀；酒店離五大道歷史街區、民園廣場1902街區是美食聚集地及網紅打卡地均步行即可；周邊購物🛍有大悦城（和平區店）國金中心、吉利大廈、濱江道步行即可；酒店房間乾淨衞生床品無異味，別看是老飯店有年頭了在維護方面做的特別到位，服務人員服務到位，且酒店有地下停車場對於自駕遊玩的人士特別是；早餐品種豐富中西合璧還有當地特色美食煎餅果子和嘎巴菜等，值得推薦！

第一次入住，整體感覺很一般。不值這個價格。
1:晚上8點辦理的入住，一進房間，差點被凍死，空調21度，製冷。這已經是9月的天氣了，沒必要吧，24，25度，不會讓人更舒適嗎？
2:客房電話是壞的，找前台在攜程網上用手機打過去的，你們不檢查啊
3:浴缸排水也是壞的，弄了半天也不往下排水，你是告訴我衹能泡一次嗎
4:紙抽沒有多貴，可以放兩個，就洗手池有一個，根本不夠用。
5:睡覺的地方，床太軟！整個人陷進去……睡醒腰疼，本來生病想好好休息一下，結果我感覺我更難受了
6:早餐！真的是絕了196一份，看似種類很多，實際上卻沒啥東西，飲品太多了，酸奶也是，麪包更是，周邊那麼多好的酒店，你們去看看人家的早餐。
很少給差評，這酒店真的傷我了。再見了👋

我覺得這個威斯汀真的對不起這個品牌，跟同價位的濱海新區洲際比差遠了，首先我肯定前台辦理入住的小姐姐非常熱情，但是管行李車衹有一個小姐姐，根本就忙不過來，屋內衞生情況也有待提高，桌子跟嬰兒床我用濕紙巾擦出來帶黑，我真的在別的酒店都沒碰到過，而且一般提前備註了嬰兒床就算沒放到房間也會送來吧，這酒店扔房間門口都開不了門，真的很無語！浴室的浴簾也拉不到底，床墊子塌陷嚴重躺下去直接都是包裹感啊，可能真的是酒店太老了毛病太多了，避雷吧！

同樣豪華大床房，房間比青島同類型小很多。尤其廁所狹窄。下訂單時顯示視情況看能否升房，所以辦入住第一次開口問可否升房，那業務員淡漠説現在是週末來玩人多（實際是週日下午4點），還説商務房都是固定客户或者商務，沒有空餘了，再補一句升房估計有遮擋，衹是樓層高些。我也不是第一次住威斯汀，本來也隨口一問，想當然以為不能升，至少會給我豪華大床房（12-16層），進電梯才看房卡12層，到房間是臨電梯，玻璃窗很臟，正面遮擋，斜着能看見一些街景。另外發現這家威斯汀的客房還是餐廳服務人員很漠然，對禮貌笑容很吝嗇。唯一滿意酒店位置不錯。

設施：設施有點老舊，馬桶一直漏水，花灑也老歪，住的7層，巨吵，跟睡大馬路上似的。地下車庫也沒有充電樁。
衞生：衞生還是可以的。
環境：環境還説得過去。
服務：到了地下停車場出不去，因為沒有領取停車券，退房的時候或者入住的時候，為什麼不問一下有沒有車。
總體一般，下次不會住了，配不上五星級酒店的名詞。

設施：電梯非常快 設施齊全 房間隔音很好
衞生：很乾凈 一塵不染 還有淡淡的香味
環境：去五大道或者濱江道非常方便 地理位置很適合city walk 房間內可以看到天津站和燈光秀
服務：辦理入住高效快速 工作人員都很熱情且專業
另外原本衹訂了一宿 但是因體驗感很好 正好第二天還有時間 就又續住一天 很滿意的酒店！推薦！

來了一次住了兩天被凍感冒，酒店是沒有開空調的情況下就很冷，晚上睡覺要蓋厚被子才可以，因為酒店朝向問題，沒有朝陽面的屋子，而且不通風，不知道怎麼達到五星的，其次各個服務員無論男女都很生硬，且無所謂的態度，房間設施陳舊，馬桶按鈕不會回彈，屋子因為不通風有些發黴的味道，早餐基本預製不好吃，在天津這個價位住在這個酒店感覺很不匹配，避雷！
