Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City

Got a complimentary upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The service was excellent, and the experience was great. My request for a late checkout at 1 PM was proactively extended to 2 PM. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying here was a breeze. There's a breakfast street right across the road, and the room was spotlessly clean. Xiao Ji provided excellent service!

The staff were exceptionally good and upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the TV picture was incredibly clear, much better than many other hotels. The nearby commercial area is convenient for dining and shopping, and there's even a popular网红 (wanghong/influencer hotspot) right across the street. The location is just fantastic!

The hotel room was spotless and very spacious, with a trendy, modern design. The views were expansive, and I could even spot the foodie street (as pictured) that I saw on Xiaohongshu. Plus, the hotel has a heated pool and a gym, both open from 6 AM to 10 PM. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room layout was well-designed, clean, and tidy, with a good variety of drinks in the minibar. From the lobby manager to the staff, everyone was warm, attentive, and very kind. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Xibei Corner and Shuiyou City, where we enjoyed a crosstalk performance and tried local specialty snacks. Plus, it's not far from the Ancient Culture Street, just a 10-minute bike ride away using shared bikes.

My stay at this hotel was great overall! The lobby was beautifully decorated for Chinese New Year, and Jennifer, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room itself was very comfortable. I'm satisfied!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station with two shopping malls nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's a traditional five-star property with well-maintained facilities. Jennifer at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. She called me before arrival to confirm my check-in time, upgraded me to a room with a view, ensuring it was non-smoking and quiet, and professionally answered all my questions. During check-out, the hotel lobby even had a Spring Festival event with couplets and fans. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Tianjin.

My stay was great! Jennifer was very professional and called me even before check-in to ask about my preferences. The room she arranged was perfect. I'm very satisfied!
