I'm someone who really enjoys staying in hotels. The hotel's parking lot is quite spacious, and for today, a weekday, it was definitely big enough. Considering the price, there's no need to expect too much from it. The coffee machine is a definite bonus – two capsules, one for espresso and one for latte. The mini-bar has the usual Coke, Sprite, and mineral water, but what's noteworthy are the two complimentary soda crackers, which was a pleasant surprise. The thin duvet is very comfortable for summer, and the pencils were sharpened perfectly, a really nice touch! The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all excellent, though the water pressure was a bit low when the water was hot – great news for those who prefer a strong shower. Also, the toothpaste came in a generous amount, which I appreciated. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it's not like the morning subway noise bothered me – perhaps I'm a deep sleeper and I tend to sleep in late. I can't comment on breakfast because I sleep in and don't eat it, even though the hotel did offer it for free. I didn't visit the gym or laundry room.

The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded us to a family suite. The room was spacious and the bed was especially comfortable. Overall, it was pretty good. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown though. Because there was a tour group that day, there wasn't much food left by the time we went down at 9 AM. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked a room with breakfast included.

The hotel lobby staff had a very unenthusiastic attitude. What's worse, the lobby reeked of a public restroom – an incredibly unpleasant smell. Every time I entered or left, I found myself holding my breath. This stay was incomparable to my previous experiences at Atour hotels. The picture shows the towels after housekeeping cleaned the next day; they were haphazardly hung and, unbelievably, had a mysterious yellow substance on them. I can't help but wonder if it was... 'stuff' left behind by a previous guest. The hygiene was appalling. Furthermore, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable; it felt sticky and gross on my skin, making me seriously doubt if it had even been changed. I'm speechless with disappointment and will definitely not be staying here again.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange smells in the bathroom, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay throughout. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommend! The location is perfect, close to plenty of dining and shopping options. Facilities are comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. A perfect stay experience overall.

The room environment is great, the front desk staff is very welcoming, and the hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. They even upgraded my room. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, so I extended my stay directly.

This was my second stay here, and overall the room conditions and experience were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the station and my local friends' house. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive.
