However, the hotel I chose has extremely poor service attitude and no quality of service from the staff. Facilities: The facilities in the room are very old and smell of cigarette smoke. There is also very little variety in the hotel breakfast and the taste is very poor. And the attitude of the waiters is not very friendly. Hygiene: Hygiene is also very poor. There are no details to speak of. In summary, it is poor, unsatisfactory, and super poor. Environment: The environment is not good either. It is said to be close to the stadium but it is not close at all. There is no advantage.

The two biggest flaws of the hotel are: First, the noise. It is close to the expressway. In addition, the sound insulation of the doors and windows is not specially enhanced, and the vehicle noise is too loud. Second, the elevator hall is shared with the office building. There is only one elevator dedicated to the hotel, and the waiting time to go up and down the stairs is long. The overall service is poor. Takeaways cannot be delivered upstairs, and robot delivery is not provided. You can only come down and pick it up yourself. The room cleaning was perfunctory and the bed sheets and quilts were poorly made. You can't watch live TV on the hotel TV either. Overall, not recommended.

You can enter and exit the office building by swiping your card. There are three elevators in the office building, and the hotel exclusively uses one of them. I didn’t know it at first, and I took the wrong elevator. The construction quality, grade and maintenance level of this building are not very high. At what level, the photos speak for themselves. The breakfast is also so-so, and I feel that the catering department and room management are just making do. In many places in the room, the sanitation has not been done seriously. The switch was sticky and I re-wiped it myself with a damp paper towel. Fortunately, there is a Xiaomi speaker, and the voice can control the lights and curtains. By the way, I bought a small box from JD.com during my stay at the hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, spoke and acted well, and even helped unpack it.
