Very disappointing, here it says check in is at 14.00, I arrived at 14.20 but still have to wait until almost 15.00 because the room is not ready to be cleaned. Then we got the breakfast facility for an apology from the hotel because we waited too long, after we entered the room we were even more disappointed because the room smelled of cigarettes even though we booked a room WITH NO SMOKING ROOM! It's very disappointing that an international chain hotel like the ibis hotel has a very disappointing service like this!

I personally verified that it's close to Jinwan Pier and the subway. The subway station is just around the corner, which makes it absolutely the best hotel I've ever found. There's also a laundry room on the second floor. You definitely need to rent an electric scooter when you go out, it's super convenient. The front desk staff was very good; they helped clean my room every day for the three days I stayed.
