JI Hotel (Tianjin Five Avenues)

We chose this Ji Hotel for our business trip. From check-in, the two guests were only given one set of toiletries. When we tried to call the front desk, we found that the landline in the room was just for show and not connected to the phone line, so we couldn't contact the front desk at all. We could only contact them through the official Ctrip number. The front desk did not change our room or the phone number. After showering, we found that the hairdryer was not working properly and would short-circuit after a while. We called the number online again to contact the front desk to change it. Throughout the entire process, no front desk staff or floor staff came to our room to solve the problem. They used a hotel robot to deliver things to our room. Since the landline in the room was not working, we could only wait for the robot to come up at the door. If we missed it, the robot would automatically come downstairs. Having stayed in so many hotels, I never thought there would be such poor facilities and services. It was ridiculously bad. From 8 am, children were running in the corridor, and no staff member stopped them. We couldn't stand it anymore until 10 am and we had to communicate with them ourselves to resolve the issue. This hotel's facilities and services couldn't be worse.

The male receptionist's attitude was absolutely terrible; he was arrogant and ignored customer needs, acting like a complete ****. He's totally unsuitable for the receptionist job. On the other hand, the chubby female receptionist was excellent and deserves praise.

The location is convenient and the location is very good. Convenient to surrounding attractions. , very close to the Five Avenues and Goubuli Baozi. It's also very close. There are bicycles in front of the hotel.

I can't say anything good about the blankets. The cleanliness was terrible. The floor wasn't clean either. For this price, the hygiene is appalling. I was forced to buy a gold card, otherwise they said I couldn't open the hotel until 2 PM. I was exhausted after getting off the bus, and changing hotels would take forever. In short, I will never stay at this hotel again.

They were very considerate in giving us early check-in on the first day. The room was simple and refined, and the white tea was delicious. However, the fat sister's indifferent attitude at the front desk on the day of check-out was a bit unpleasant. Everything in the room was good, and the surrounding environment was okay.

The price/performance ratio is good, and the location is okay, but it is close to a residential area outside the window, which makes it noisy in the morning. The breakfast is okay and cost-effective. If you sign up for their membership, you can get free breakfast.
