This is a budget chain hotel with an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Tianjin Station, Century Clock, and Jiefang Bridge, making it super convenient for enjoying the night view. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the room is very clean. It comes with disposable face towels, shower towels, and paper cups, all very hygienic. Plus, the disposable towels and slippers are of good quality. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the hallway and between rooms could be better; you can hear doors closing and shower noises. Odd-numbered rooms facing the inner street are a bit quieter.

It's right next to an overpass; if you're coming back from the Century Clock, you might need to walk through an underpass for a bit. While riding the elevator, I also learned about the various brands within the Jinjiang family, which will help me choose places to stay in the future. **Service:** This seems to be my recurring experience now – encountering the main entrance being out of order and being asked to use a side door. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

The hotel has breakfast, which is not bad. The transportation is very convenient and there are many restaurants around. For me personally, the only shortcoming is that there is no laundry room. Everything else is pretty good~

I booked Jinjiang Inn online, but after searching for ages in the dark, it turned out to be the Magnolia Hotel. The power went out in the middle of the night and wasn't back on in the morning. I went to the front desk to get a new key card, but there was still no power when I got back. Eventually, I was given a different room, and they even blamed me for not communicating sooner. Seriously, this hotel is unbelievable.

The smell of cigarettes drifted in through the cracks in the door. I heard the sound of someone lighting a lighter in the corridor twice. I don't know if it was also a non-smoking room. I was afraid that I would be held accountable for smoking in the room when I checked out, so I smoked in the corridor without caring about the impact on others.
