This hotel was the result of a whole week of careful searching! First off, if you're looking to see Tianjin's river views from a high floor, you absolutely have to choose this place. We stayed on the 47th floor, and the view was fantastic. When you check in, you can tell the front desk what kind of view you're hoping for, and they'll patiently help you find the right room! Secondly, it's very clean and convenient, with all the amenities you could need. The TV quality was particularly excellent 👍. Finally, the location is great. It's very close to the Fifth Avenue, about a one-kilometer walk, and taxis are easily accessible. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this hotel!

Only after staying in this hotel do you know what it means to be ”well taken care of”! From the welcome lemonade handed over by the front desk with a smile, every link is super heartwarming. Knowing that I have to catch an early flight, the waiter prepared breakfast in advance. When I left the hotel, the staff took the initiative to pay attention to safety and also told me how to get to the subway station. This kind of meticulous service makes people want to come again!

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and quite new, featuring a smart system and even a sleep-aid music system for relaxation. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Comfortable, minimalist, and aesthetically pleasing. I especially loved the scent of the air freshener in the hallways. Downstairs, there's an Italian-style street, perfect for a stroll, and the view from the window at night is beautiful. The hotel is also not far from the Haihe River, which is another lovely spot for an evening walk. Service: Very warm and attentive. Minibar: Complimentary drinks, coffee, and tea were provided, more than enough. Self-serve beverages: Chrysanthemum tea was available downstairs anytime. Parking was a bit tight, but they always helped resolve it promptly, making for a worry-free stay.

I stayed here for an exam, and it was my first time in Tianjin. I booked this hotel blindly, but the service was surprisingly good! I was sitting by the entrance talking on the phone with a friend, and the front desk staff even brought us drinks and masks. Highly recommend!!

The room had a small refrigerator and a TV with screen mirroring, which was very convenient. A minibar was also provided. The pillows were a good firmness, not too soft or too firm, and very comfortable, unlike some hotels where the pillows are too soft. The hotel's washing machine also worked very well.
