The customer service staff were very patient. The room we booked was perfect for a family with kids, with three bedrooms and a living room. It was clean, well-equipped, and the service was warm and friendly. The surrounding environment was also great, and transportation was convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Italian Style Street, making it super convenient for evening strolls through the night market there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently asking about my preference for a street view or a quieter room. The room itself was well-designed and very clean overall. However, there was a strange odor when I opened the bathroom door. I'd suggest that the cleaning staff turn on the exhaust fan both during and after cleaning to help keep the room and bathroom air fresh. Another point is the lack of hooks inside or outside the shower. Does this mean guests are expected to go in naked and come out naked? It might be okay for a solo traveler, but it would be quite awkward for families with children or non-couples.
