Century Golden Flower Light Hotel (Tianshui Central Plaza)

Pretty good hotel.

The environment is pleasant, transportation is convenient, facilities are clean, it's located in the city center, close to tourist attractions, and the service is excellent.

Located in the heart of Tianshui City, it's incredibly convenient to get around. It's very close to the ancient city and traditional Sichuan-style spicy hot pot restaurants. There's a night market downstairs with plenty of halal food, and the front desk staff are very welcoming!

I'm very grateful to the front desk for giving us a free room upgrade, but the bathroom smells very bad, and the room also has a very unpleasant smell. I hope it can be improved.

I placed an order early for three double-bed rooms. The hotel front desk asked me to add WeChat. The price of each room suddenly increased by 80. After seeing the order, they said we booked a special offer room. The order was not a special offer room at all. There were clearly vacancies. They assigned us one room at the door. There are screenshots to prove that the three rooms are located in the east, south and west directions. They would not arrange them together, and even arranged one room in the back. I couldn't find the room when I came back at night. It was so small that it could only accommodate one person. They deceived me into paying him through WeChat. Fortunately, I booked it online, haha

The front desk lady was very nice and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice.
