Baiyu Eiffel Hotel (Tianshui City Government Central Plaza)

The hotel facilities are complete, and all staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The front desk lady was stunning, and the service felt so warm and welcoming, just like coming home. The bed was as soft as a cloud, and the breakfast was so rich and delicious, I almost rolled out of there! The location is super convenient too, right next to all the attractions. I'm definitely staying here again next time, it's truly a value-for-money king!

The hotel is centrally located, not far from Fuxi Temple, the ancient city, and the pedestrian street, which is very convenient. I have to particularly commend the front desk service. Because there was an event downstairs that was a bit noisy, we wanted to change rooms. After we called, they responded quickly. The front desk staff (I forgot to ask for her name) patiently showed us three or four rooms, letting us gauge the noise level. They even upgraded our room type, provided complimentary breakfast, and gave us a small gift when we left.

The hotel is located on a main street, making it very convenient for dining and other amenities. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic. The front desk even upgraded my room and included breakfast. They thoughtfully asked if I was satisfied with the upgraded room upon check-in, and the room itself was very spacious. When checking out, they even gave a small gift and warm bottled water. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is right by the pedestrian street and the district government, truly in the city center. Hu's Residence is just a 500-meter walk away. It's great value for money if you're traveling in the off-season. **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Service:** When we checked in, the elevator kept stopping on the renovation floor. The front desk lady was very helpful and quickly coordinated to make it easier for us to move our luggage. **Environment:** The soundproofing could be improved, as hallway noises are quite noticeable.

Effie's service was truly excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious, and both the hot water and room temperature were very comfortable. The laundry facilities were also quite good. Overall, I had a great experience and felt right at home. The hotel is located next to the district government, very close to attractions like Tianshui Museum and Fuxi Temple, and the Folk Residence Museum is right next door. Across the street, there's a highly-rated restaurant. In short, it's very convenient.

Huge thanks to the lobby manager for their five-star service! They worked so hard, constantly communicating with guests – really appreciate their effort. A big thank you also to the front desk ladies who always greeted me with a smile when I returned each day, and even prepared hot bottled water for me. And thanks for the departure gift! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient city and Fuxi Temple is just over a kilometer away.

I had a very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, and the front desk service was excellent, making check-in quick. The room facilities are complete, and the room is very comfortable with smart controls. They even extended my check-out time for free. The water pressure in the shower was strong, the water came out quickly, and the temperature was comfortable, making for a very pleasant shower. The internet speed was also very fast.
