The room facilities were not well-maintained, and the hotel's cleanliness needs improvement. For breakfast, there was no coffee machine, only instant coffee. The service was quite average.

The room is spacious with a beautiful view outside the window. Most importantly, it's within walking distance to the Maijishan Grottoes Visitor Center, which is very convenient if you want to be an early bird and get a head start on your sightseeing. They have a dinner buffet in the evening with some decent local specialties, though other dishes are just okay. The breakfast selection is similar. The malatang (Sichuan hotpot) and beef noodles are both delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Maijishan Tourist Service Center, just a short walk away. The surroundings are very quiet, the room is spacious, and the facilities are good. The service was also very warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay.

I booked two rooms and am leaving two reviews – this isn't a spam review! I highly recommend the Maijishan Highway Hotel! The overall environment is first-class, nestled by mountains and water, quiet and elegant, perfect for both vacations and travel. The rooms are spacious, with new and complete facilities that exude quality. The cleanliness is meticulous, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, and everything tastes great. The service is attentive, and the overall experience is fantastic. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation around Maijishan, truly excellent! A special thanks to the front desk lady for her enthusiastic service.

1. The hotel rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable! 2. Parking is convenient, and it's backed by a mountain, so the environment is great! 3. The swimming pool isn't finished yet, so you can't swim. 4. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, and the mini hot pot is highly recommended! The 188 yuan set meal is too much for two people to finish, and it tastes really good! The meat quality is excellent too! 5. Breakfast costs 68 yuan per person if you buy it separately, so it's more cost-effective to book a room including breakfast! The breakfast spread is extensive! 6. Overall hygiene is acceptable, but the details are lacking; the cups weren't even wiped clean. 7. The hotel has luggage carts, but you have to push them yourself; there's no staff to help with luggage. 8. Compared to the hotel's facilities, the price isn't expensive, at 320 yuan including breakfast for two, so the value for money is decent! 9. It's relatively close to the Maiji Mountain Tourist Service Center, but it's still over eight kilometers from the entrance to the Maiji Mountain Scenic Area, which is quite a distance.

The location is easy to find; the Maijishan Visitor Center is about a quarter-hour walk away. The hotel environment is nice, the service is excellent, and the separate wet and dry areas for family rooms are very convenient. Dinner can be taken at the hotel, but the staff could use more training. After ordering, the food wasn't served. It turned out it wasn't ordered, which caused a significant delay. Later, they said they would expedite the service. When we were almost done, another dish was missing. It turned out it wasn't ordered, so we simply refused. As an apology, they offered a fruit plate.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary hardware and software. The restaurant's Chinese cuisine was excellent, with a strong Longdi flavor. The Maiji Mountain Visitor Center is a few minutes away, but you still need to take the scenic bus to reach the Maiji Mountain Scenic Area.

The hotel is quite close to the scenic spot, which is very good. We originally stayed at Zhangye Danxia Pearl Hotel the day before, and because we experienced very good service, we decided to continue to choose Maijishan Pearl Hotel in Tianshui the next day. The service attitude of the hotel is very different in the same group company. From the moment we arrived at the hotel and unloaded our luggage, we felt the arrogance of the staff of the state-owned hotel. First, our group had children and a lot of luggage. After the vehicle arrived at the main entrance of the hotel, we were unloading our luggage. After a long time, a security guard came out of the hotel. I thought it was a replacement for the receptionist and might simply guide or help with the luggage (because of Zhangye Danxia Pearl, we checked in late at night, and two security guards warmly welcomed us and helped us move our luggage). It turned out to be wrong. The security guard looked up at the sky and didn't look at us all night. Second, when checking in, the front desk staff really looked at people and served us a special room. After checking in, there was no reminder, nor did they say which elevator to take to the room. We took another elevator upstairs and turned a whole circle, and finally found that there was actually another elevator at the door of the room. The most infuriating thing is that two Koreans who checked in after us took this elevator up. Third, a child was playing in the hotel and his finger was injured and bleeding. We went to the front desk to ask if we could provide a band-aid. The front desk directly said "no" and did not ask what happened or provide any suggestions when medical services could not be provided. Fourth, there was a foot odor in the room. We searched repeatedly but could not find the source of the odor. In view of the hotel's attitude, we did not bother the noble state-owned hotel staff. But I still suggest that you find the pair of stinky socks and put away your stinky habits.
