Raspberry·Songhua Hotel (Tianshui Government Center Plaza)

This stay was fantastic! The AC/heating worked wonderfully, keeping the room warm and cozy, which was perfect for winter. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials like toiletries and a hairdryer, making everything very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions with professional and enthusiastic service. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended to everyone!

The room lighting was very dim, and the decor was quite old-fashioned with dark colors. The soundproofing was even worse. It was noisy upstairs, and even noisier in the hallway. The people staying directly opposite us kept their door open, chatting, with children crying and all sorts of noise. I barely slept a wink all night, it was so frustrating! The photos are completely misleading and don't reflect the actual room at all.

The room was spacious and very clean. The receptionists were all exceptionally elegant, gentle, and patient. I also booked with Lanmei Hotels for my trip to Lanzhou, and I'll definitely prioritize Lanmei Hotels for future travels.

Family members, you absolutely must stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, super convenient, and there are tons of restaurants and attractions nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The staff are super welcoming, offering attentive service from the moment you enter, and resolving any issues very quickly. The breakfast selection is extensive and absolutely delicious. The price-performance ratio is also incredibly high; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Going to Lanzhou from Xi'an and passing by Tianshui, I booked a hotel for one night near the city center. Unexpectedly, the service was great. The mattress is very comfortable, it is convenient to eat around, and the price/performance ratio is good. I left something in the room when I checked out. Xiao Zhang at the front desk took the initiative to contact me and arranged for express delivery. Thank you very much. I will choose Xihua Hotel next time I come.

I took a self-driving tour on a niche route in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia. I came to Tianshui to see the Maijishan Grottoes, and also enjoyed the popularity of Tianshui Mala Tang. Indeed, there are so many tourists checking in here that it is difficult to book a hotel. You need to go a few days in advance, otherwise you will not be able to book a suitable one. This hotel is rated 4 diamonds on Ctrip, but it is actually impossible to get there. The hotel's breakfast is really unsatisfactory, the bathroom is very small, and the wet and dry parts are not separated.
