Tianshui Ancient City Yuhuan Homestay

It was my first time to Tianshui. The B&B I stayed in was OK, but the room was a little small and there was no small table next to the lazy sofa, so it was a little inconvenient. Everything else was good!

The decoration of the house is exactly the same as that of the previous B&B, but your house is very noisy. Are there any guests’ children? It's yours, it's yelling early in the morning. The room we stayed in had a kitchen outdoor unit outside, which was very noisy. The lights in the corridor were too bright at night. Even the curtains couldn't cover it. Overall, the price was relatively cheap that day. You get what you pay for.

It is a well-designed hotel, the place I most want to stay one more night during this trip. The folk customs are new, the staff are attentive, they can solve any problems at any time, they are patient and willing to chat, it feels like home.

The room we stayed in was not big, but we could see the owner's care. There are small flaws in hygiene, but they have little impact. The glass room in the shower is too small and cannot be opened; but the toiletries are great and they are from L'Occitane. The young ladies and brothers I met were also very patient and considerate. A word of advice, there is a beanbag but no chairs in the room, so it is not suitable for people with weak waists.

It is better than a five-star hotel. The disadvantage is: the room is a bit small and does not seem to be the same as the reserved room. It is symmetrical, facing the street, and there is a bar next to it, which is quite noisy; the parking lot is far away, which is very inconvenient, and it is not easy to find a B&B in the ancient city.

The room is quite big, the bed is very comfortable, there is a smell of solid wood as soon as you enter the room, but what makes me uncomfortable is that from the first day I entered the room to the second day I left, I didn't see any smiling faces of the front desk staff, they always had no expression. On the first day, there was a young man, and I can understand that boys don't like to talk. On the second day, there were two girls, they chatted and laughed, and I didn't see how enthusiastic they were towards the guests. In addition, there were still children playing in the yard after midnight. The hotel should have given reminders or prohibited them. It is understandable that the children are excited to play, but it is midnight and others also need to rest. The hotel did not do a good job in related work and just created such a good-looking environment. I hope that the management can be strengthened and it can be built into a local representative homestay with comfortable soft and hard environments as soon as possible.
