Highly recommend the Tianshui Wanxin Zhige Hotel! I stayed here by chance during a business trip, and the experience was absolutely fantastic 👏. The lobby is simple yet elegant, the scent is very pleasant, and check-in was super efficient. The smart room controls are very convenient; I could adjust the lights and air conditioning with just my voice, which felt very high-tech. The cleanliness was exceptional; the sheets and duvet covers were changed for every new guest, and there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, allowing me to rest peacefully even after working late. The wontons and rice noodles at breakfast were incredibly authentic, and there was a wide variety of side dishes. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a bottle of warm mineral water – such thoughtful details. This is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

The hotel room is spacious and clean .The staff are friendly and attentive, especially those at the Reception who were the most helpful in assisting the hotel guests. Our requests for water bottles, change/replacement of bath towels are attended to promptly. We had a very good experience and enjoyed staying here. Superb location, convenient with nearby attractions and shops . No noisy traffic. It sets the standard for what a good hotel should be. No regrets.

Exceptional Service: The front desk staff went above and beyond. When my spouse needed medical attention, they were incredibly proactive in helping us find a nearby pharmacy and a doctor at the hospital. Their support during a stressful moment was world-class. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. The hotel is ideally located near major attractions like the Fuxi Temple and the Ancient City. Plus, the access to public transportation made navigating the area completely stress-free. The Room: Our room was impressively big and kept spotlessly clean. After a long day of exploring, the very comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. Housekeeping: The cleaning ladies were so accommodating and friendly; they clearly take great pride in their work and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options to choose from every morning. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and heart-felt service. It is the perfect base for exploring Tianshui!

Great stay, in a cozy hotel. Breakfast was excellent and old town and sights are in easy walking distance. Only downside was lots of hallway noise throughout the night of people having loud conversations and slamming doors.
