Vienna Hotel (Tianshui Center Square People's Park)

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; sitting on the bed with the river view is simply breathtaking. The hotel service is superb, and the bedding and cleanliness are impeccable. Tianshui is beautiful and definitely worth visiting again.

The four women at the front desk did nothing but stare at the customers, which was very uncomfortable. Their service attitude was harsh, and the overall service was terrible, making for a very bad experience!

The hotel experience was poor. The hot water temperature was extremely unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold, making it impossible to shower properly. Hair was also found on the bed, raising serious hygiene concerns. Furthermore, the advertised robot food delivery service was not implemented; delivery drivers could directly enter the building, and passengers could freely press floor buttons in the elevator without a card, posing a significant safety hazard.

The waiter was rude and discriminatory.

The hotel didn't like me, so I decided not to hold them back!

前台熱情，提前打電話告知我停車場入口。房間乾淨明亮，水很大，吹風機很好用。床品尤其舒服。酒店位置也很好，旁邊就是人民公園和藉河，風景很棒，因為臨路，晚上如果不關窗會很吵，但是關上後特別隔音。總之有點超預期，以後如果有機會再到天水，還會住這家。

這次來天水遊玩訂的維也納人民公園店，地理位置真的無可替代，出門就是人民公園，沿籍河風光帶走一走特別舒服，去伏羲廟、古城不行就能到，省去打車麻煩。房間乾淨寬敞，後院有停車場，對於自駕很方便，早餐也不錯，值得推薦。
