The hotel is really comfortable. The staff at the door are very enthusiastic and help us to direct the specific parking spaces of the hotel. The layout of the room is also very professional and the space is very large. It is also very convenient to order takeout. The robot will help deliver things. The staff at the front desk are also very professional and the processing speed is very fast. It feels like a very distinctive hotel.

I didn't expect to be able to choose a decoration style I like so much when staying in a hotel, especially the carpet in the corridor. I like this color very much. I asked the front desk specifically and wanted to arrange a piece for my bedroom. It makes people feel comfortable. In addition, the room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, and you can see the night view of Tianshui at night. It is very beautiful. Next time I stay, I will book their hotel again.

這次天水出行入住戴斯温德姆體驗很舒心。酒店位置便利，臨近工業博物館，自駕停車車位充足。客房是雅緻的新中式風格，床墊柔軟舒服，備品細節貼心。前台待人隨和，辦事利落。早餐品類齊全，兼顧本地風味，整體環境安靜整潔，商務或是遊玩落腳都很合適，之後再來天水還會優先選這裏。唯一缺點就是空調太涼了，關閉之後也很冷。

想説一下住這感受到的一些細節： 1.酒店送的木頭梳子非常好，可以帶回家紀念，能感受到用心 2.房間裏投影儀小朋友很喜歡，效果也不錯 不好的地方： 1.水池離床太近了，洗個手都能濺到床上 2.衹有高級房能住，基礎房這個價格沒有任何優勢，基礎房也太拉了

整體入住體驗很不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施維護得很好。前台服務小郭態度熱情，辦理入住效率高。位置出行方便，環境安靜，睡得很舒服，性價比可以，下次過來還會考慮這家。

和爸媽一起來天水玩，選擇住在戴斯，交通便利、環境非常好，最主要是服務特別貼心，客房裡忘了拍，門口的環境隨便捏了兩張照片，很舒服，對天水好感加分了

酒店在天水老城區也就是秦川區的東南角。裝修很新。打車到天水古城、胡氏故居等中心遊玩的地方也就是個不到10塊錢的樣子。去麥積山大概需要40~50分鐘。從去南站需要不到20分鐘。 酒店早餐不錯，有當地特色的水果，我們吃到了火龍果和哈密瓜。 這酒店本身帶一個飯店，叫開海，應該是個高端的聚會的飯店。

酒店房間比較寬敞，工作人員服務熱情，提供專門制定的周邊遊玩的提醒卡，還專門提醒到麥積山石窟記得提前訂票，早餐也比較豐盛。
