Vienna International Hotel (Qinzhou Impression Cultural-Commercial Street Branch, Tianshui)

This stay exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were super friendly and proactively helped with my luggage. The room was much more spacious than it looked in the pictures, with great natural light and an expansive view. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was well-equipped, and the hot water came on quickly and stayed at a consistent temperature, making for a really hassle-free stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good too! Definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the highway exit traffic light, making it easy for drivers to find. It offers both above-ground and underground parking, as well as charging stations. The front desk staff are very welcoming. It's about 5 kilometers from Tianshui Ancient Town, a ride-hailing service that costs around 10 yuan. One of the room's windows is frosted glass, which is unexpected for this price! The hot water in the shower is plentiful, and the hairdryer has a strong airflow. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Otherwise, it's quite good. The hotel's facilities are decent, and I would consider staying here again.

It's a short drive from the highway exit, the room is clean, and parking is very convenient.

The front desk service was good, and the bed was comfortable. However, I had three complaints: First, cleanliness needs improvement; there was unidentified hair under the pillow. Second, there was construction noise outside the window late at night, which disturbed my rest even with the window closed. Third, and most importantly, while the bathroom glass was frosted, it didn't completely block the view. Everything I did in the bathroom was clearly visible from the outside, which was incredibly embarrassing. If I hadn't made my own curtains, how could my father and two daughters have stayed in that room? The front desk gave me four breakfast vouchers and asked for a screenshot of a positive review, which I couldn't provide, as I've already returned the vouchers. Considering the service, I'll reluctantly give it two stars.

In order to be comfortable some specially selected Zhenli twin room 2, but the actual room and the picture is not the same, one of the rooms sewer backwater smell is too obvious, smell uncomfortable, is it not considered when decorating? For this kind of small county town originally thought the price is expensive will be better and rushed to 2025 decoration over, did not expect it is not so, it seems that some can not only look at the picture, to actually see to know, lightning protection!

I will never stay at this hotel again. The exterior looks nice, but the actual experience was very poor, even terrible. The hotel is relatively new, but the room had a strong smell of paint, and the bedside table smelled awful. Although they put air freshener in the cabinet to mask the smell, it couldn't mask the formaldehyde smell from the wood. Opening the window for ventilation was useless, as it could only open a little bit and was very small. At night, the window was very noisy, with cars coming and going from the street. The room's soundproofing was also poor; other guests talking in the hallway made it very difficult to sleep peacefully. Turning on the TV was even more ridiculous. A 65-inch TV could only play TV channels! My god, it's 2025, and the hotel TV didn't even have internet TV. Besides the few channels, you had to pay a VIP subscription to watch anything else. It was truly absurd. Also, the welcome fruit was a nice touch, but it wasn't washed very clean; there was mud on it, so I had to wash it myself. I was planning to stay a few more days, but I checked out the next day. I was so angry! The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't very high; it took a long time for a woman to get her hair wet, and she had to rinse off the soap completely. Based on my honest experience, I highly do not recommend it.

First, this is a newly opened hotel with a nice environment, but the smell of the renovation is incredibly strong. I asked the front desk, and they said there was air freshener in the room, but I couldn't find it. Leaving aside whether it actually exists, can air freshener really mask the formaldehyde smell from the renovation? Second, I ordered takeout last night. The delivery guy put it in the robot, and it hasn't arrived after more than half an hour. I called the front desk, and they said they looked all over and couldn't find it. I went downstairs to look for it myself and found it right away. Are you just too lazy to look, or are you lying? If you said it wasn't there, why could I find it? This kept me up all night. The service was terrible.
