Xiyue Hotel is in an excellent location near Tianshui railway station, bus station and bus stop for many buses, notably Bus no. 34 going to Maijishan Grottoes. Very convenient to move around. There are lots of eateries, mini marts around the hotel. There are a few shopping malls behind the hotel, all within walking distance, and a pedestrian shopping street. The room is clean and spacious, with all the amenities. The beds are big and comfortable. It would be better if they could provide a big bottle of shower gel in the bathroom, instead of a tiny tube only fit for 1 person! However, the staff are friendly and helpful, giving useful information. We were provided free shuttle to Tianshuinan railway station for our next leg of our journey. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if we come back to Tianshui. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Facilities: Very complete, with air conditioning, TV, and a shower with a wet/dry separation. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: The living environment is good, quiet with no noise, and there's an elevator. Service: The service attitude was excellent, definitely worth a five-star review. Friends visiting Tianshui, you can stay here; the location is superb, very close to the train station, bus station, and light rail.

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and we even ate at Fat Fish Restaurant in Tianshui, which was just a ten-minute walk away. The front desk check-in was quick and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, a very good experience.
