Hi Inn (Tianshui Municipal Government Central Plaza)

I booked this hotel in advance for the Chinese New Year, and it completely exceeded my expectations after checking in. The location is excellent, very close to Tianshui's popular attractions like Tianshui Ancient City, Fuxi Temple, and Yuquan Temple. Yuxing Alley, Malatang Siheyuan, and Guangming Alley are all within walking distance. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are also fantastic. On the first floor, there's free hot water, soy milk, coffee, and a washing machine. The staff are very enthusiastic; they even help dry your clothes after washing and are attentive to any requests. My experience was absolutely wonderful, and I'm super satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The room was clean, the environment was nice, and the lighting was good. There was a commercial street right behind the hotel, making it convenient to buy food and drinks at reasonable prices. Laundry was also convenient. It was a good choice for business trips.

The location is great, making it convenient to get around. The room facilities are complete and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it's quiet and comfortable to sleep in at night. The front desk staff are friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was large and quiet, not on the main street but in a bustling area, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the noise. It was convenient to get around, with most places within walking distance. The hotel staff were also very friendly and responsive... In short, it was excellent. (I'm not a shill!) Genuine feedback.

The room wasn't very big, and there weren't many tables and chairs, so there wasn't enough space for a lot of bags. The TV was just for show; it could only be used for screen mirroring. The location was good, opposite the city government building, but parking was scarce and shared with a foot massage parlor next door, making it quite cramped. My car got stuck in traffic, and I needed to pick someone up from the high-speed rail station. I called and waited ages before they moved the car, almost making me late! The room was fairly clean, and the towels were disposable, but it seemed like the bathroom fan hadn't been replaced, and the underfloor heating wasn't on at all. I called three times, and they said they'd send someone to check, but it still wasn't turned on. The floor was ice cold, but thankfully it was warm these past few days, otherwise I might have caught a cold. The window could only be opened 15 degrees, so ventilation wasn't great. The soundproofing was poor; a couple in the next room were arguing until the early hours of the morning, and nobody cared, causing me to have a sleepless night. Also, most hotels in China have a 2 PM checkout time, so checking out at 12 PM makes it difficult to schedule lunch. I hope this can be changed!

I have high hopes for Haiyou Hotel. The staff told me it's the fourth fully self-service 1.0 Haiyou Hotel in the country, which feels very advanced. The lobby facilities are complete, the room design is simple, and in terms of cleanliness, it's definitely the king of hotels in this price range. Its public facilities are also far ahead of the competition. Self-service check-in, self-service laundry, self-service takeout lockers, self-service breakfast, self-service luggage storage, self-service beverage lockers, self-service toiletries, self-service coffee, soy milk, and hot water—and the drinking water is purified! Highly recommended! The entire hotel only needs one staff member and one security guard. On the evening of my check-in, a cute staff member with a slightly flushed face (I think his name was Xiao Ma) provided excellent service and helped solve many problems. The staff member at check-out the next day was also very friendly; the staff all seemed to be in great spirits.
