Ruimingxiang Hotel (Tianshui City Center Square & Municipal Government Branch)

I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel is very close to the city center. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor issue was the tour bus in the morning, which was a bit noisy.

The hotel is new, clean, and the front desk service is excellent. It also has an underground parking garage, which is very convenient.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are brand new. The rooms have smart toilets and refrigerators. Service: The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. They also extended our check-out to 2:30 PM and upgraded our room type. Overall, it's great value for money, and the breakfast selection is very rich! Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tianshui!

The hotel facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy. The hygiene is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and the staff are warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends and family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience at this new hotel! The place was spotlessly clean, the facilities were brand new and worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and quiet. The room itself was great, and the hotel feels quite new. However, there aren't many dining options downstairs. Most importantly, I think the front desk staff's overall professionalism needs improvement. Their service attitude wasn't very professional and frankly, it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. While the hotel's facilities are good, because of the front desk staff's service, I'll have to reconsider whether I'd stay here again.

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was spotless with no odd smells, and the bedding was very comfortable. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk and staff were friendly and responsive to all requests, which made me feel very well looked after. The breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious—I was very satisfied. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, so there was no worry about parking for those driving. The location is also excellent, making travel easy with plenty of amenities nearby. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again next time!

For Tianshui, this hotel is quite luxurious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it's easy to get a taxi to the pedestrian street. We brought our child, and the front desk staff even gave them a free breakfast. We had a great experience! 👍
