Four Points By Sheraton Tianshui

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The layout is incredibly impractical, with the shower located inside the toilet area. There's only about two fists' distance between the shower glass and the bed. The room was also incredibly damp. I requested a pair of slippers and had to call twice; they finally arrived almost an hour later. At 10 PM, a giant bug suddenly flew out. Since the hotel was full, I couldn't change rooms, and I spent the entire night in fear, wondering where the bug went. The toiletries in the room were completely different from other Sheratons. The breakfast had limited variety and tasted bad. It felt like a counterfeit hotel.

Excellent service, truly one of the best hotels. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast service is also superb. A sweet and very enthusiastic restaurant staff member left a lasting impression!

All staff members provide attentive and thoughtful service, with Mia at the guest center being responsive to service requests. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of local flavors and casual dining options. The location is superb, conveniently close to the city center for easy access. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. This hotel definitely offers one of the best experiences in Tianshui, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The giant ecological fish tank in the lobby instantly elevates the ambiance, and the retro floral tile design in the public areas is very distinctive. The rooms are clean and fresh, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the storage layout is reasonable, and the bathrobes feel great. My entire stay was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene standards were very high. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure stays, and I've already recommended it to friends!

Visited Tianshui with a friend and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton! There was a bread at breakfast, topped with grains and filled with yogurt cheese, that was absolutely delicious, friends!! 🍞 The restaurant bar on the first floor has a fantastic atmosphere. This hotel is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Tianshui, whether for travel or a short break!
