Located near the old train station, the hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, which is rare in downtown Tianshui. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and offered a free upgrade. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes good.

As a mid-to-high-end brand under the GreenTree brand, the lobby is stylish and elegant, the rooms are clean and odor-free, with simple yet sophisticated decor, soft and comfortable bedding (especially the latex pillows), good sound insulation, separate wet and dry bathrooms (their shampoo is particularly good), 24-hour hot water, and individual room Wi-Fi. The front desk service is attentive, enthusiastic, efficient, and responsive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local Tianshui snacks. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout and impeccable cleanliness. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, instantly relieving fatigue. The soundproofing is superb, ensuring a quiet and peaceful nighttime. My stay at the Tianshui Geya Hotel was excellent! The location is superb, very close to the train station, making commuting incredibly convenient. The room was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, the owner thoughtfully designed a laundry room and gym. The laundry room even has a dryer, which is incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel also has its own parking lot, making parking very easy for those driving. Getting to various scenic spots by public transport is also very convenient, with excellent connectivity. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for travel, leisure, or short stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tianshui and highly recommend it to my friends!

First of all, I don't want my review to affect anyone, so I gave it five stars, but actually I'm angry. Firstly, around 2:30 PM on June 9th, I returned home to find my room hadn't been cleaned since I extended my stay. A staff member at the front desk, who seemed to be a supervisor, told me that I had to inform the front desk in advance if I extended my stay, otherwise they wouldn't be allowed into the room. I said, "Why didn't you tell me this rule beforehand? I probably stay in hotels for more than 30 days a year, and this is the first time I've encountered this." Secondly, I told this supervisor that my room's phone was broken, and she actually gave me a dismissive look and taught me how to make a call. I'm just old, not stupid; do you think I don't know if there's a dial tone? Finally, it turned out the phone was broken, and they gave me a different room. I wouldn't have cared if the phone was good or bad, but it was really infuriating.

酒店是很新的酒店，用品質量很好，配置是可以的，房間面積很合適，前台服務態度不錯，酒店隔壁就是火車站，周圍非常多吃的有提供免費停車場，很方便，地理位置出行很方便，床品的衞生很好，衹是小的角落衞生注意一下細節就非常好了。
