Holiday Inn Express TIANSHUI CITY CENTER by IHG

The room was quite clean and the service was excellent. It's not far from Tianshui Ancient City and Fuxi Temple, a taxi ride is less than ten yuan. It's really good. The big cherries sold in bags outside the ancient city were delicious, and quite cheap at eight yuan a pound.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The lobby was grand and spotless, and Lisa at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was extremely clean, and the soundproofing was great. They even offered helpful travel tips. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. Definitely a must-recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Qinzhou District, within walking distance to Tianshui Ancient City, Fuxi Temple, and the Ji River. There are many restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Quanxi, where you can savor Tianshui's Eight Bowls cuisine.

The room attendant provided excellent service, very proactive and enthusiastic. The room layout was well-designed, clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The hygiene is unbelievably bad! I've traveled for over a month and stayed in many hotels, but this one directly hit a new low – it's the absolute worst, no question. The old and dilapidated facilities would be one thing, but the bedding was clearly yellowed and blackened, being reused repeatedly; it was disgusting just to look at. The bathroom smelled, and they couldn't even guarantee basic cleanliness. They charge nearly 300 yuan a night for this kind of dirty and messy living environment – it's completely misleading! The staff were relatively friendly and responsible, but the hotel couldn't even maintain the most basic standards of tidiness and hygiene, which are core to accommodation. With such poor hardware and questionable cleanliness, this place doesn't deserve to be in business. It's a complete rip-off for tourists!

The room facilities were a bit old-fashioned, but the bedding was alright. However, the towels and bath towels in the bathroom were really bad and quite worn out, something you'd expect to find in a budget hotel. The room was also on the smaller side. Initially, the air conditioning in my first room didn't heat up even after an hour, so the front desk moved me to the 19th floor. The front desk staff and the room attendant were both incredibly nice and enthusiastic. But for an InterContinental hotel, it's surprising that the shower didn't even have a rainfall showerhead.

The desk area is fully equipped with a desk lamp and water glasses, making it convenient for work 💼. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options and a balanced nutritional spread, which was very satisfying 🍽️. The TV had a clear picture and plenty of channels, making for pleasant leisure time 📺. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended 👍!
