Mercure Hotel Tianshui Downtown

This is my second stay at this hotel. I came straight here from the train station, and the Mercure's location is excellent. The hotel's facilities and services are superb – I absolutely love it! The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also fantastic. I'll definitely choose Mercure again next time. While here, I met guests from Shanghai, Guangdong, Northeast China, and even Japan. As a visitor from Sichuan, it felt like a homecoming, especially since Tianshui was part of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period!

The hotel rooms feature smart amenities and were incredibly clean. The bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Wanda Plaza is conveniently located nearby. The staff were also very polite and courteous. They also offer a washing machine and dryer, which was very practical.

The room was incredibly spacious, all the facilities were brand new, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Upon check-out, the front desk even gifted us with a beautiful tote bag. I'll definitely be back to Longyou Tianshui, the hometown of Jiang Wei!

We stayed here in August. While the surroundings were just average, the facilities were decent. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff provided great service. Breakfast was okay. Overall, it was still a good experience, and they even gave us a small farewell gift when we checked out.

The hotel was fantastic and quite spacious. We booked a large suite that included a bathtub. The service was excellent. The lobby was refreshingly cool upon arrival, and they offered iced drinks. Unlimited bottled water was also provided. The hotel's facilities were very new and modern. The only minor issues were that breakfast seating could be a bit of a scramble, and the food selection wasn't particularly extensive.

I used to work in Tianshui for two years. Revisiting it after a decade, I was struck by how much both the city and its various attractions have changed – it was truly a moving experience. The Mercure Hotel was clean and tidy. I appreciated that the lobby offered convenient grab-and-go coffee and other beverages, which is perfect for coffee lovers. Breakfast was also good. I particularly recommend trying Yixing Mian Pian, Tianshui Malatang, Qin'an Suanla Dusi Tang, and the Murong Jiangshui Coffee near Fuxi Temple.

The room was decent, but a little pricey. The value for money was only fair, but since Tianshui doesn't have many high-end hotels, this one is definitely among the top choices. The underground parking had height restrictions, so we had to park in an adjacent lot. The service was thorough, attentive, and very welcoming. I highly recommend it. Breakfast was quite substantial.

This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.

On a road trip to Tianshui, the Mercure hotel maintained its consistently excellent quality, as always! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They even thoughtfully offered a Tianshui travel guide and a lovely welcome gift. The hotel boasts an underground parking lot, which was very convenient. Its location is superb, with a bus stop right outside the entrance, offering direct routes to popular spots like Guangming Alley and Wanda Plaza.
