I’m an international traveler from California, USA, and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I normally book only five star hotels for my family (my husband, four year old, and myself) and this hotel in Tiantai truly blew us away. The design and decor is gorgeous - it transports you to a zen garden complete with sophisticated greenery and koi pond. The koi pond is beautiful and the fish are so healthy. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and accommodating, Miss Zhang walked us to a restaurant the first day we arrived and DingDing was really sweet to our four year old son. The service was the best and I didn’t feel like I had issues communicating, even with my limited Chinese, and with my family not speaking any Chinese. My husband had work calls with California at a ridiculous hour (4 am to 8 am!) and they let him use the tea room for his video calls. The value for this place is also amazing - this was the least expensive hotel I have stayed in, and also the best! I really feel like this hotel was the passion project of someone who had a grand vision and great taste. The Le Labo toiletries were such an unexpected treat. I have family in Tiantai so I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to stay here again!

To be honest, the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. What makesbit more pleasant are the front desk on the time we check-in also when we check out. Really attentive, thoughtful. Recommended!

天台溪也酒店，環境舒適，就在赭溪老街景區內，室內環境雅緻，服務周到，管家小張很細心的為我們介紹房間，還送了晚安甜湯綠豆湯，很好喝！酒店還有夜床服務，房間燈光氛圍很智能，整體很舒適！健身房器械齊全品質高，鍛鍊了一下很輕鬆～早餐很豐盛，有中式和西式的，按時間送到房間內～下次來天台還會選擇溪也酒店～

服務很好，前台都很貼心，退房時候還頂着大太陽送我們到打車路口。
酒店設計的小眾精品，設施和用品都還不錯，日式風格，但是放置物品的空間太少，衣服箱子沒有足夠擱置的空間，衞生間都沒法放手機，另外推開日式窗窗外是民户，沒有啥景。
用品都很高檔，洗護用的labo，牙刷梳子都很舒服，尤其是拖鞋非常舒服，用品配的很齊全，吹風機是戴森，茶水也不錯，還有巴黎水和依雲都是贈送的。
房間挺安靜，床鋪舒適適合睡覺，但是衞生間有個隱形的採光，晚上鋪夜床沒拉上遮光，我一開始也沒發現，早上光線進來吵醒了。
餐飲不好吃，早餐很一般。 來碗牛肉麪還是辣的。
大堂旁的一池錦鯉蠻不錯的。大堂的榻榻米有點雞肋，坐着又不方便更多是擺設好看。其他也沒啥設施了，作為精品小眾酒店本來依賴於周邊環境，不必有那麼多酒店內配套設施。可惜外面的赭溪老街沒啥好玩的，也沒什麼特色，加上天氣炎熱人多擁擠，反而顯得很鬧哄哄的，很不喜歡。
整體下來覺得這個價格有點高了。

溪也酒店也太太太好了～房間明亮，設計新穎，衞生乾淨，配有戴森吹風機、LELABO洗護，還有好吃的水果和甜品，早餐有中西套餐，餐具及餐品也很不錯，讓人驚喜的是燕窩配稀飯或紅豆湯，主食不夠可以添加～前台小姐姐晶晶和小楊，超級熱情，總之酒店讓我們這次家庭親子游，感到非常暖心，下次一定會再見面！

一家三口來旅遊，酒店設施很新，房間很寬敞，裏面提供的沐浴用品和飲用水的品質很不錯。前台接待的服務熱情周到，有問必答。酒店的早餐雖然是套餐，但是量很足種類也很豐盛。

我是看到朋友住了後預訂的，非常好的體驗，房間超大，入住後很貼心地送了歡迎水果，每天也有下午茶，雖然衹是綠豆糕和水果，很好吃。早餐是有西式和中式的選擇，我兩天嘗試了兩種風味，都很好吃，日式的傢俱和裝飾品我也非常喜歡！酒店在老街，周邊吃飯非常方便。前台的服務員都很熱情，特別是小陳和金晶兩位美女。
