Hairs on the sheets, average food without much variety....

The staff is friendly. The hotel is staging renovation: the reception, dining room, bar etc are new. The room and bathroom are small and the half shower door won't hold the water spill. Good hot water . Good breakfast. Value price. .

Clean the mould in the showers If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning?

Good quality room. They upgraded us (free of charge) to a deluxe room. Good sized bathroom. A coffee/fridge area separate from a long table-desk area. Good night's sleep - comfy beds. The most amazing breakfast experience. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

I was expecting a nice one night stay as part of my vacation. I was surprised to find the room to be disgusting. The door was open when i got there. The room smelled like bug spray, the floor was sticky, the glasses were filthy, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedsheets. I actually was thinking of sleeping in my car. Also, the carpets in the hallway are dirty. I do not recommend this place.

Carpets dirty and worn. Elevator system needs overhaul as not customer friendly. furniture throughout hotel including lobby and rooms both renovated and not renovated are outdated, upholstery dirty and need to be replaced; majority of staff unfriendly, rooms on lower floors smell dank; bugs in lobby and most likely through out the hotel, definitely NOT a superior hotel; a 2 - 2+ at best. Not all staff speak Englisg. Do yourself a favor and give it a miss

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.
