It was so bad that I couldn't believe it. I walked around the bathing area to find the guest room. There was no guidance or waiter in the whole process... The cleanliness of the guest room was even worse. It was not just dirty. I felt that the room cleaner didn't clean up the cigarette ashes and hair... I didn't want it. I booked two double-bed rooms and went to the hotel to check in at 11pm. The front desk kept asking me to wait and said there were no rooms left.
