Hotel Hacienda Aguacaliente

Room was clean. Staff is always courteous and helpful. The heater in room 124 didn’t seem to get warm enough to the temp I set. Might need to look at the heater because it can ge cold at night.

We have stayed in this place 3 times over the past couple of months, and we enjoy the stay, rooms are nice and comfy, place is clean, But the greatest part are the Staff. They are just amazing. All of them. We feel like we are at home as we arrive and we know we will be well taken care of.

One of the best hotel I have stayed at in Tijuana. Staff is great and rooms are cleaned and organized.

Hotel was super clean. Good location great customer service. Only the towels are ruff and old. Other than that very nice.

The place was great. Perfect place to stay if you want to go watch a game at the stadium. Walking distance. Staff is great and friendly

we explicitly asked if they were impacted by the water outage. they lied and said no. we booked, showed up, and there was no water or electricity. also there was a bar of soap with hair all over it in the walkway. we would have tolerated the soap, but lying so we would book is horrible service. no refund either.

The service was great, literally two minute check-in. Everyone was very attentive. The lighting in the room is a little strange and you have to ask for an iron and a hairdryer. There was also a power out for like three hours in the middle of the day, but other than that, everything was good.

Our room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the pool and jacuzzis were exceptional. Steam and sauna room were also a great addition after some new years drinking lol definitely would stay again 10/10
