Leuk hotel

The staff were very friendly. Everything went smoothly except for the staff not proactively sending the room number to my mailbox on the first day. Please note that early check-in requires an extra fee. The bed had some dust, but it became cleaner in the following days.

It's quite far from Tilburg Central Station, but there are direct buses. The location is a bit out of the way, the rooms are small, and there's free coffee and candy, unlimited.

Nobody speaks Dutch, check-in took nearly 40 minutes. Upon opening the room door, there was a massive musty sewer smell. The TV had no signal, strange in the Netherlands, isn't it... and to top it all off, the fire alarm went off above my bed at 3:30 AM. For 2 minutes. I would say a refund and a bunch of flowers, because this hotel is certainly not customer-friendly. Stayed for 2 nights and obviously never again.

Had three directors from a global organization visiting to inspect an accommodation for a world championship being held in June. One big construction site. No consultation to simply pass on these emergencies in advance. Considering whether to proceed with the 40 rooms.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby is fenced off and under construction. The exterior is also undergoing renovations. Earplugs are provided in the room. Overall, the hotel is very tired, with dirty carpets in the hallway. The room is clean and okay for an overnight stay, but there are plenty of hotels nearby that are higher priced and in disrepair.

We arrived at the hotel and had to check in ourselves via a self-service desk. That was useless. The system was slow and took way too long. The staff was friendly, but this whole process took at least five times as long as a normal check-in at the reception. Upon entering room 335, we were immediately overwhelmed by a nasty smell. We kept the window open for over six hours until it got dark, but the smell lingered. In the bathroom, there was mold in the edges and strange black streaks on the duvet. Friends of ours had a different room, but the doorknob there was loose. The breakfast was also really disappointing; we paid almost 30 euros for a very meager breakfast. No one in our group was satisfied. Not recommended.

If it's 500-700 per night, then there's no problem, but 1300 per night is a very bad experience

Pro above the average of other Ibis hotels. Renovated and very clean, with cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast. The location is not the best thing about this hotel, and at first it is a little difficult to learn how to get to and from the hotel, but it is connected to the center by several bus lines, less than a 10-minute walk away. There is also a supermarket quite close, but no restaurants nearby. The day we arrived we opted to have dinner at the hotel and the truth is that the food was fresh and tasty and the service was excellent. The area is very quiet and you can rest very well.
