No parking and no staff at check in. All automated. The send access to your email while you are on your email. I couldn’t open another tab so it was useless. Hotel was in a great location and very clean

Touting itself as the only self-service hotel in town, the concept is a fail. First we were locked out of the building. They had sent us a code in Norwegian, and we didn’t realize what it was. When using self registration, we were billed for the night, even though we had prepaid via *******. We emailed the off site person and after 5 email exchanges we got some of the issues worked out. I will never use a self-service model again (this fact was not readily apparent on ******* when booking). This really makes me appreciate all the hard working hotel staff at normal hotels.

This is a self service hotel. Nobody to ask questions, and we had several. I don’t think this model works. Go back to hotel school, and rethink this model.
