Not so nice even though it’s new building, but not well maintained. There was part of the roof missing in the room.

Overall it is good and worth staying. Walking some distance to reach downtown.

The room was small but clean. The lack of a kettle was a drawback, and they didn't deliver water, so you had to buy it yourself. Parking was convenient; the parking lot was large, and it cost €10 per night. Shopping was also convenient; there was a Chinese supermarket about 500 meters away, which was very affordable.
