"LOVED this hotel!!! Hands down the most beautiful hotel on the island. This place offers stunning beach vibes with little apartments and lovely outdoor spaces that make it so easy to relax and soak up the island lifestyle. We actually rented bikes and rode around the entire island, and this was easily the most beautiful hotel we saw! The pool is the absolute main feature here—great cocktails and an amazing vibe. The rooms were nice, and the outdoor shower was the cutest touch! My only minor critique regarding the room would be the lack of shower gel holders and towel rails near the actual shower itself. Food-wise, breakfast was incredible. It can take quite some time—you could easily spend an hour there—but it wasn't a problem for us because they bring out croissants and pastries while you wait, keeping you full while you enjoy the beautiful views. An absolutely stunning stay, I can't wait to go back!"

"Charming and cozy wooden cabins. The staff is friendly and responsive. However, the place could really use a deep clean, and a water cooler instead of plastic bottles would be a welcome change. The shower water was hot, and the bedding and towels were clean. If you're staying on the second floor, please be considerate of your downstairs neighbors, as sound travels easily through the wooden structure."

"We chose this hotel for our honeymoon because we were looking for a place on the west side of the island, which is generally quieter than the east and offers beautiful sunsets. This place looked promising, so we booked it. The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious, and in the evenings, you can enjoy drinks, especially the fantastic cocktails 🤤, by the beach or at the pool. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and the room condition is excellent. The bathroom isn't a completely open-air one, so we didn't have to worry about rain or bugs. They also offer free bicycle rentals, which makes getting around very convenient."

"If you want to stay close to the harbour and right where the atmosphere is lively, Villa Ombak is a great choice. It’s only about a six-minute walk from the harbour, so everything is easy to reach without being right in the middle of the crowds. The staff were genuinely lovely and very welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You get the best of both worlds — close enough to walk to where things are happening, yet still peaceful enough to relax. I stayed in one of the traditional Lumbung huts and it was absolutely beautiful. Just something to note — the bathroom is downstairs via a small staircase from the bedroom, so it suits someone reasonably mobile. The shower is outdoors, which actually adds a really nice tropical touch and makes the experience a bit more unique. Under the bedroom there’s also a bale (a shaded lounging space) where you can unwind, read, or sneak in an afternoon nap — honestly, very easy to lose track of time there."

"Pondok Santi Estate is truly an exceptional place to stay. We stayed at Pondok Santi Estate in Gili Trawangan for four nights, and from the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. The level of service is outstanding — a true 5 out of 5 — and the experience feels much more like a five-star luxury resort rather than a hotel. Every detail is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping is impeccable, and the staff is attentive without ever being intrusive. The restaurant experience deserves special praise. The food quality, presentation, and service were consistently excellent. Breakfasts were a highlight of our stay — fresh, delicious, and served in a peaceful, beautiful setting that made every morning feel special. What truly sets this resort apart is the warmth and professionalism of the team. From the room staff to the restaurant team, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Personally, Gili Trawangan itself is not a destination that impressed me greatly. However, Pondok Santi Estate completely transformed our experience and made the island a place I would happily return to again — specifically because of this resort. We feel very fortunate to have stayed here and are deeply grateful for such a memorable and high-quality experience. Pondok Santi Estate is a true sanctuary of comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality, and we would not hesitate to return."

"Super awesome The service is super good. The extra bed also gave me a discount. It is recommended to buy breakfast. I bought it on the spot. It is twice as expensive. The pier is a carriage. If you go by yourself, it will take about 7 minutes."

"I had a really nice stay at Jambuluwuk Oceano Gili Trawangan. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for relaxing while still being easy to reach the center by bike. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was beautiful. The pools and beachfront area were definitely highlights of the stay. The staff was very friendly and always helpful throughout my trip. Breakfast was correct with enough variety to start the day well, even if it could be improved a little. I also loved the location for watching the sunset and snorkeling nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing trip in Gili Trawangan."

"An excellent option if you are looking for a villa in the Balinese style. It is located in a quiet and clean side of Trawangan, away from the noisy club hotels. The house has two air conditioners, it was always cool, no dampness, no insects, including mosquitoes. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is responsive, they helped rent a bike, organize an excursion and other requests 👍🏻 of course, you should not expect sterile cleanliness in a wooden house, but I really liked this experience of living in a traditional style house. The breakfasts are delicious, and I really liked the fresh juices. The beach - the water and the shore are clean, but to enter the water you need special shoes because the whole island is surrounded by coral reefs and pebbles"
