"Make sure to book a room facing the pool for fireworks and sunset views. The water park is decent, but my child is a bit timid, so we didn't try any of the thrilling rides. This was my first time experiencing a pool party, and it definitely enhanced the atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Aside from the room being a bit small, there are no major issues. It's suitable for a 2-3 day stay; one day feels too short. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with various dining options. The 'Dashi Dai' food court has decent zhajiangmian, but it closes early, so go sooner rather than later. There's also a barbecue place that's quite good, located diagonally across from the theme park. The theme park really reminds me of Shijingshan Amusement Park; it's just fine for a casual visit."

"Landing Jeju Shinhwa = unforgettable stay. Huge resort with 4 hotels, 2 theme parks (yes, including a water park!), night shows + fireworks. Our favourite: Momo Park — close‑up encounters with parrots and other animals. Totally worth the extra fee. Only downside: lots of TV channels but not many international ones. Overall, a super fun and memorable trip."

"Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's sea view is absolutely stunning; waking up to the ocean and the hotel pool every day was incredibly relaxing! It really maximized the vacation vibe. The walk to the beach offers beautiful scenery, but it's a bit of a trek. Service was generally satisfactory, though there was a minor hiccup when leaving. I had pre-booked the airport shuttle for the next day, and when I mentioned to the staff at the entrance that I had a reservation for the airport bus, they directed me to the public airport shuttle that you have to pay for, instead of the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport 🙃 A bit frustrating."

"During the Mother's Day long weekend, it was incredibly comfortable to stay in such a spacious hotel with three beds and hot shower water, all for just 2300 per night. It even had a dining table and a kitchen island. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was truly comfortable. It's close to Jeongbang Waterfall and Olle Market. The best part is that if you walk uphill, there are tons of cheap restaurants, and the black pork BBQ across the street is also quite good. There's a CU downstairs, but its opening hours are inconsistent. If you turn right when you exit the hotel, there's a local convenience store that's very authentic and has a wide variety of items."

"No, these days, where can you find a place that doesn't support OTT like Netflix? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I couldn't even connect it to my phone to watch it... Seriously... I wanted to go sightseeing, come back to the place, have a drink, watch TV, laugh, and chat... But when I got back to the place, there was nothing to watch on TV, so I went to bed too earlyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have booked here.."

"This resort is great, the environment is lovely, and there are various styles to choose from. The Korean-style villa is very spacious, and the underfloor heating keeps it toasty warm. The Royal Suite has a private outdoor hot spring, which is quite comfortable, but it takes a long time to fill up. There aren't many staff at the hotel, so you'll have to carry your own luggage. However, the minibar in the room is complimentary and restocked regularly. I recommend avoiding rooms near the restaurant, as they play music at 6 PM, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Everything else is good though! 👍"

"First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side."
