"Really enjoy my stay here ,I choose the room with KLCC view and that’s the best view I got every time I wake up . Not to forget all the staff very friendly and welcoming here . The hotel cleanliness very great too . For those who bring your own vehicle , they have their own car park and the valet parking attendant will help you to park your car with fee around RM15 . Overall no regrets , will book here again when I visit KL next time ❤️"

"This is a fantastic hotel, quite close to Bukit Bintang, about a 10-minute walk to various shopping malls. It's also near places like Durian BB and Hakka Restaurant. I really liked the ambiance; it has a bit of an industrial minimalist design, but you can tell a lot of thought went into it. I didn't get to use the pool. The design was nice, but I felt like there might be some dust if I went for a swim. The breakfast was excellent! It wasn't a buffet; you chose from a set menu. I tried four different options, and they were all refined and delicious. If you don't have time to eat there, you can take it to go."

"The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The rooftop pool offers an amazing view directly facing the Petronas Twin Towers, making it perfect for photos. The staff are all very friendly and helpful; they even store your luggage after check-out and proactively assist with bringing it down for you."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance to the Petronas towers, Saloma link bridge and Suria KLCC as well as a wide variety of restaurants. View from the room and the pool was incredible. There is a small convenience store inside by reception which was handy for late night snacks! Only downside was the check in and check out process. Check in took almost an hour. The hotel was overwhelmed with luggage storage on this day. And staff was very slow with checking in guests. Was not told beforehand to have a cash deposit ready, so ended up having to use the ATM in reception like many others which led to delays, confusion and mix up of the queue. Checkout was a bit more relaxed but only because I checked out earlier than needed! Note that you have to request a cleaning service."

"It was an amazing hotel experience. Because the servers (especially the group of Sir Emon and company) are very hospitable, & caring. The breakfast was really appetizing & delicious. An elegant, class, and sophisticated Hotel in the core area of Kuala Lumpur. No regrets that i had booKed & checked-in here. "Everything excellent but these 2: 1) Parking with no lift..just stairs 3 to 5 levels below the ground...quiet scary at nite.Hope got lift even 3star hotel got. 2) During breakfast egg station is the worst service ever...long que..also roti canai next to it no worker...nobody handle roti canai...it was empty in the box but there so many dough of roti canai on the table...the rest part of the restaurant working so hard even there were crowded with peoples."

"We enjoyed our stay at Somerset Kuala Lumpur so much that we extended our stay twice. That alone says how happy we were with the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to most of the places we needed to visit. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very attentive. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Somerset Kuala Lumpur again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were good, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. One thing to note is that parking is not included with the accommodation. However, there is a private outdoor parking area available, and it only costs RM5 per day which is very affordable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."

"1. The location is quite good, with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Sun Fong Bak Kut Teh, and Regalia Suites & Residences nearby. Getting a Grab (ride-sharing service) is also very convenient. 2. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, which faced a high-rise residential building under construction. It was a bit noisy, but tolerable. However, the view wasn't great. The circular balcony was a selling point, but I barely used it. Also, whether from the room or the infinity pool on the rooftop, you could only see the very tips of the Petronas Towers. 3. The security management (card access for elevators) and housekeeping were pretty good. The water heater is electric, and after the initial few minutes, the hot water was consistently piping hot. 4. Check-in and breakfast are at the adjacent Regalia Hotel, not in the Regalia Residences itself, but it's only about 20 meters away. 5. My wife was quite unhappy with all the mirrors in the apartment; she joked that it looked like some kind of ritualistic array, haha. But seriously, there were too many mirrors – in the living room, bedrooms, everywhere. Even the coffee table was mirrored. I don't understand this style at all. If you mind a lot of mirrors, you might want to choose another place. 6. The washing machine has a drying function, the fridge is huge, and the air conditioning works really well. 7. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels are provided. I recommend buying a pair of slippers in Bukit Bintang, as the paper slippers provided in the room can be slippery since the bathroom doesn't have a wet/dry separation."
