Room was clean. Location was good. It's only a 5 mins walk to restaurants, dive shops and convenience stores. Papaya Resort does not provide transport to/from the jetty but transport arrangements can be made with Cheers Chalet located just opposite the resort.

Everything is ok but the water pressure is too slow.

It's quite far from the tekek jetty. Since they already use the main jetty. No more marina jetty. Around 20min walk.

very good, well managed hotel in Tioman. Hotel manager is very friendly whereby he will help you arrange for transport and activities such as snorkeling, if requested. Price is reasonable as well.

Amazing resort, very helpful and nice staff. Very convenient location, near the bay and the beach. The breakfast is amazing, there's always something to suit everyone's taste. Very quiet and clean. I had a very pleasant stay and plan to come back.

I had such a wonderful 2 night stay at Papaya Resort - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The price was very good, considering the proximity to the beach, local amenities, and being only a short walk (5 mins) from Tekek Jetty. The real highlight of the stay here was the staff, the manager was exceptionally welcoming and warm, and was always willing to stop and have a chat about activities on the island - he even set up a snorkeling trip for me on the next morning.

I liked the hotel, the room has everything you need. The staff will be happy to help with any question. The hotel is located next to the beach, five minutes from the pier, the beach is excellent. There are shops and cafes near the hotel.

It is noted that there was no change of towels and bed linen and the lack of availability to serve breakfast a few minutes before the stipulated time.

Everything is chic, clean and cozy. Nearby is a ferry stop, cafes and markets. Coral beach is also within walking distance.

We loved it at this hotel! The room is spacious and clean, water and tea are available all day, the breakfast to choose from is simple, but edible and tasty. We liked the location: Tekek, the pier, the road to Juara nearby, and most importantly, access to the beach with excellent reefs. Of the minuses, for 4 nights there was no cleaning or change of towels. They left a bag of garbage outside the door, and then it was removed. There are no sun loungers on the beach, it is better to have your own air mattress or just snorkel.

The location is very convenient near the pier, and there are shops and restaurants around. The room facilities are relatively old. It is difficult to get people to buy diving packages here, but the service is still enthusiastic.
