"The guest was OK, but we were waiting for a little more for the concept of the Hostel Boutique. I talked by phone before closing the daily and mentioned that it would be my wife's birthday, it was informed that it would be a pleasure on the check-in day. There was nothing in the room, nor even water available, we only found water at the reception the next day. The swimming pool was heated, was with heating off, we need to ask twice to connect. Breakfast is good, but don't wait for a lot of variety, for example (omelet, tapioca, etc)."
