As a Trip.com Diamond member who frequently books Trip+ properties for higher standards, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
La Mirage Lux & Apartments is presented as a luxury accommodation, but in reality it is an old communist-era building poorly converted into so-called “luxury” apartments. The structure, atmosphere, and overall condition feel outdated and misleading compared to the photos and description.
The biggest issue, however, was safety and noise.
During my 7-night stay:
• Neighbors were screaming and partying until 4–5 AM almost every night.
• I witnessed a violent domestic incident next door, with a woman screaming for help while being beaten. This was terrifying and deeply disturbing.
• A drunk individual knocked on my door at 3 AM for no reason.
• There is no security presence.
• No controlled access — anyone can enter the building.
• The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
There is nothing “lux” about this property. It felt unsafe, unmanaged, and completely inconsistent with Trip+ expectations.
As a frequent traveler who values safety and quality, I cannot recommend this place to anyone — especially families or solo travelers.
Extremely disappointing.
