Kruja Hotel

Kruja hotel is a very basic hotel but my experience was not good. Starting with sleepless nights where everything is happening outside you can hear , even people walking outside, any kind of noise or sound, car driving through anything you can hear every second of the night from earlier one to the morning. I couldn’t sleep at all because of all those things. Facility it’s very outdated, too many unnecessary furniture and old carpet, shower room is very small and not comfortable. Cleanness was good. Breakfast is less than basic not many choices, if I have to say better nothing than less, sounds bad  but it is bad . Money wise not worth it and I’m not satisfied with that. I will not recommend this hotel at all, unless you want to prove yourself all above.

For starters... Free WiFi did not work. Air conditioning did not work..it was humid ! Window would not open when needed and then it opened more when I wanted to close it early morning during sunrise. As no wifi I planned to switch on the TV but that also did not work..fridge was broken so could not use it...no hot water in the wash basin.. The shower was a rucckas..wasn't sure if I had to concentrate on my shower or on the shower curtain as no matter what I did ,water was outside the shower area. No one at the reception desk when needed. Only an elderly man who was there when we checked in late night on the 3rd and when we checked out on the 05th. Horrible experience of a frequent traveller !!

Good value for money. My allocated room was on the third floor which was hard to access by stairs as no lifts available but good to those available rooms on first and second floors. Breakfast had basic selection but still good value. Room was quiet and A/C silent as well. Location was good enough. Overall, good value for money.

Quite old hotel, need some renovation

It's more like an old inn than a hotel located in a central part of Tirana. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine and they make good coffee for you.

The hotel provides free breakfast. The room is clean and hygienic. The housing prices are relatively reasonable.

Decent place with walking distance to most things. Seemed surprised when I checked in but eventually found my reservation and a room. Where able to offer a small breakfast before it officially opened so that I could catch my morning flight

I asked to change my booking dates as my flight was canceled due UAE weather but property denied my request. Really bad customer service
